Disappointment At Its Finest

This is the most worthless headset I have ever owned, not to mention how worthless turtle beache’s tech support is…e-mail only. To start, every time I used the headset I had to turn it on twice because it wouldn’t connect to my Xbox series X which is what it’s “meant for” according to turtle beach. If I move 5 feet away from the console I lose connection, if I turn my head, I lose connection, if I raise my arms to stretch I lose connection, if I was in a party chat the audio was so muffled I couldn’t hear either the game or chat participants clearly. I attempted to update the headset using both a PC and Mac, neither worked as it never registered that I had both the headset and dongle connected. I tried to call tech support for assistance but it doesn’t exist quite literally, there’s no one to talk to even to help trouble shoot. I won’t ever buy a turtle beach product again and certainly won’t suggest them to buddies or anyone who asks.

We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

I purchased this one with hopes that since it was considered a premium model it would last longer. Wrong! Been having issues for months...TB support suggested firmware updates and that my ports are bad....tried on several devices and they dont work! They no longer sell the transmitter required to operate with Xbox and BlueTooth doesnt work with Xbox so its $200 of useless equipment. Think im done with Turtle Beach as a brand overall. Too many issues and no resolution, im scared to purchase another one. Gonna research another brand/option. My son is on his 2nd or 3rd TB headset as well, so after 5-6 faulty headsets ive lost faith..Should have bought the extended warranty!
