The ear pads are replaceable, and the team will happily assist you with troubleshooting the connection issues that you made mention of to get that cleared up. IN a worse case scenario, our team can look in to providing a full product replacement under the manufacturer's warranty your headset was sold with.

    One of the worst headsets I’ve ever used. First one had the transmitter start to fall apart, then the headset itself started to crack around each ear. Then they sent a replacement and it won’t turn on after only a month or two of use. Avoid this headset.

    Never again will I endorse Turtle Beach. I purchased these, and two months later, the casing fell apart. Called CS and was sent a new one. Those too fell apart. Called again, sent new ones. Once again the casing fell apart. Called again and was told that the warranty was no longer valid. The casing on every pair has basically fell off around the ear pieces on every single pair. The sound is top notch but so anticipate the casing to just disintegrate. Not worth the price.

    Bought the headset for my son he loves them says they work good. Would have given 5 stars but I’ve already exchanged for about 5 sets due to the plastic around the earmuffs breaking multiple times when I try to put them on my son.

    The headsets have great sound but I have had to buy 2 of these because it keeps breaking in between the ear piece and the band.

    They have had a very difficult time to connect and stay connected. Tech support wasn't any help. They fit around the ears well and cause some head ache while wearing.

    Great headset. Comfortable with glasses for hours. Sound is very nice, settings allow for changing chat and background separately, noise cancelling probably 80% ish

    Great sounding headset. The Signature EQ is something special. It has a very ‘amplified’ sound. It’s great for picking up location sounds like foot steps and reloads. For the price and being wireless, with Bluetooth, an EQ (via phone app) and the mic sounds great… it’s a solid purchase. I did have some drop outs from the wireless dongle. This was more of me situation than a hardware issue though. Everything in my house works on a 2.4 ghz frequency. The headset is on the 2.4 ghz frequency and all of this is in the same room. I believe for the average home, this wouldn’t be a problem though.

    Works. Was nice for about 6 months, being able to swap between xbox, playstation, and pc was nice. But not even a full year in, it made a loud popping noise and died mid use.

    They worked ok but the plastic broke on one side after about a year. Glued it and played on until a couple months later the other side broke. Thought that was ridiculous because I treated them very well, so I reached out to Turtle Beach and they said all they could do is offer me a discount code to buy another pair. No repair parts, no repair service, no warranty coverage (the original problem occurred within the 1 year warranty window)—why would I buy anything else from these guys.

    Great pair of headphones for my Xbox series x. Awesome sound and very comfortable. I’ve had no connection issues. Definitely won’t regret buying these headphones!

    Bought these in March of 2023, the volume controls stopped working properly about 4 months after I bought them. I figured it wasn’t worth returning them. Then in June of 2024 the left headphone broke off at the joint in half. I took care of them and made sure to protect them. Not worth the money, got onto the app to see when I bought them and it asked for a review. I don’t recommend these for the price and quality it isn’t worth it.

    Great headset. Fits my small head very snug! Sound is great. Used on both Xbox series X and PS5. I do use the USB and have not had issues with sound cutting out.

    The gen 2 max is bad. Only pro is battery life. Sound cuts in and out and can be choppy. To use it youll have to turn it on, let it connect, the let it turn off on its own 3 or 4 times before you're ready to use it and thats with it already being set up

    Interference

    I’ve always enjoyed turtle beaches, but for some reason, this specific headset, kept getting a whole lot of interference. When I mean by that, when I’m using them while playing my game, I’ll get static through the headset, kept cutting in and out even why talking with my friends, wouldn’t recommend these.

    I am really impressed with my new headset. I went to the store not know exactly which headset I wanted and thanks to Daniel, I walked out with the perfect choice. He really new his stuff. I wish other sales personnel were as helpful and knowledgeable as Daniel.
