Would have given 5 stars but I’ve already exchanged for about 5 sets due to the plastic around the earmuffs breaking multiple times when I try to put them on my son.

Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

Not worth the cost

I figured it wasn’t worth returning them. Then in June of 2024 the left headphone broke off at the joint in half. I took care of them and made sure to protect them. Not worth the money, got onto the app to see when I bought them and it asked for a review. I don’t recommend these for the price and quality it isn’t worth it.

The ear pads are replaceable, and the team will happily assist you with troubleshooting the connection issues that you made mention of to get that cleared up. IN a worse case scenario, our team can look in to providing a full product replacement under the manufacturer's warranty your headset was sold with.
All in all, getting in contact with our Support Team would be your best bet. That team is always happy to help, and they can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website as needed via their Contact Form or Live Chat service.

Was nice for about 6 months, being able to swap between xbox, playstation, and pc was nice. But not even a full year in, it made a loud popping noise and died mid use.

App is pretty useless

It has a very ‘amplified’ sound. It’s great for picking up location sounds like foot steps and reloads. For the price and being wireless, with Bluetooth, an EQ (via phone app) and the mic sounds great… it’s a solid purchase. I did have some drop outs from the wireless dongle. This was more of me situation than a hardware issue though. Everything in my house works on a 2.4 ghz frequency. The headset is on the 2.4 ghz frequency and all of this is in the same room. I believe for the average home, this wouldn’t be a problem though.
