I’d not used a headset since the 360 days. The chat and game audio is phenomenal with the option to “boost” with superhuman hearing

Checks all the boxes. Good audio, comfortable, and portable! Down side is it can sometimes take a couple tries to connect to your system of choice.

Multi console premium wireless headphones

Being able to use it on both current gen consoles and PC is what I wanted and I really like that you can set the second wheel to control Bluetooth volume.

This is the second set I've owned of the max but it's a lot better now since it was just an update in the beginning of July 2022. The heads that works amazing now however you still need that ridiculous USB stick to plug into your Xbox.

Expensive but worth every penny. I had a pair of razor kraken ultimates which the mic didnt work. Returned those and saw these. I can’t recommend enough! You wont be disappointed

The range on the headset is extremely short, and there are connection problem and static even when the headset is two feet away from the dongle.

And has a deafening start up sequence that you can hear from the next room over would not recommend for anything other than the battery life

Have you adjusted the volume level of the tones/voice prompts in your headset via the Audio Hub to find a more suitable level? If not, our Support Team is always happy to help as needed and can walk you through that process. In regard to the comfort; please know that we're sorry to hear you don't find the headset comfortable. We consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers, but due to the large variety of head and shape sizes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit 100% of our customers. As a heads up, please know your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Absolute garbage

Superhuman hearing is completely useless because your chat turns to sounding like trash. Bluetooth function is a pain and doesn't complete work as the manufacturer states. Sad thing is that if you do some research, there are gamers online complaining about the same issues. Quite frankly my Stealth 600 were way better!
