The sound level is now stuck as full volume and there is no way to lower the volume. A large crack also developed along the back of one of the earcups. This is a poorly made product. I have Sony headphones that have seen far more abuse than these and they look and work perfectly. Stay away from TB headphones.

Youll need to update the firmware out of the box but after a few minutes youll have an awesome headset!!

The sound is clear. Everything sounds authentic. If you have Dolby Atmos enabled on your Xbox series X or PC, the 3D spatial audio is ground breaking. The highs and lows are produced with with great sound. You can pinpoint every sound and get a tactical edge on your opponent. I play Gears 5 a and COD MW2 a lot and these headphones give me a tactical advantage. Get a pair while you can. You won't be disappointed.
