Device will not charge, or connect to my Xbox even after having to do a boot loader reset on my computer. Am currently in contact with turtle beach customer support to try and get the situation resolved. Normally a $190 headset that I only got five uses out of before it bricked. The function out of the box was amazing. But it no longer wants to function.

It could really use a different style of headband. 2nd. It is plagued with bugs. It has a "sleep mode" whenever no noise is coming through which turns it off. When this happens it won't connect properly to the dongle without being reset and the dongle unplugged and plugged back in. Which can be a bit of a hassle in between games/matches. It also had a weird issue where the speakers would crackle from time to time. And it would rarely make a ear shattering siren noise, it was rough to say the least. Lastly, it had a couple of saving graces. It could very easily switch from Xbox to PlayStation to PC. It had decent sound as well. I wouldn't recommend overall though.

Garbage Connection Issues - Save Yourself $$

Xbox official headset 100x better. These are a complete joke - save yourself the money and buy something cheap or from a different brand because all i have ever had is issues with these. Takes 4+ attempts to actually connect. Most often, simply doesnt.

My only complaint is having to have a USB hooked up to my console for the headset to work.

Updated headset multiple times, troubleshooting with turtle beach (extremely helpful) and I still had to send it out for replacement. I wish I could say it was a great headset, the audio was clear through my phone Bluetooth but when connected to the Xbox it became scratchy and spotty audio, your connection range is poor, I would sometimes stand in front of my tv (less than 3 feet from Xbox series X) and still audio had issues. Hopefully once turtle beach replaces it I can leave a better review but for this price it definitely needs to be better

The only disadvantage is that when you exceed the volume on headset you still can’t hear it loud. My older style would blast noise, could hear everyone speaking.
