Terrible durability and heavy static

This is my 4th Stealth 700 headset. They all have the same issues and that's why I won't buy another. They all break/crack where the adjuster meets the ear piece. All 4 of them broke in the exact same spot within a year of ownership. Thank goodness after the first pair I learned to get the protection package. I would literally just bring it in and get a new one. And that was fine, but... the new Gen 2 MAX began to suck. Huge amounts of static made game play impossible. I tried everything. Change wifi channels, move wifi access points, make adjustments to game settings nothing. It just plain sucked anymore. Im not the only one that complains about the static. Google it and you'll see it's an issue Turtle Beach knows about and has ignored. SO when this last set broke, I returned them and got a new Headset from RIG. The Rig 900 Max HX. So far so good.

The will crack at the ear phone “pivot” point. Nothing u can do but if u buy anyway do not pull the apart at all. Mine lasted 6 months and they were super glued for 3

Some bass but it gets muddleed behind the high pitched tings all the guns make. Drops... intermittent drops. Vonstant drops. Never stays connected. Customer service... non existent. Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.
