    An Elite Brand that uses Beta Tier Software

    Please don't support such an elite brand in gaming audio accessories that doesn't stand for quality. Check reviews on google this headset is legit bad. Ive been getting turtle beach headsets for the last ten years and this product made a lifetime turtle beach buyer passionately change brands forever. It literally will stop working, If you're lucky you will be able to recover it's software and fix it... if you're lucky. I spent $150 for this and got two months out of it before it stroked out. I then paid another $40 for their Geek Squad to use their recovery tool, (only compatible with Windows PC) and still nothing. The headset is nice until it's completely stops working. This because they tried to add a feature to the headset for their first time where it can go to your phone for use as well. It's beta tier software that they're figuring out. Funny that they're still selling as one of the top of the line. Turtle beach 600's are actually reliable but mediocre sound quality and noise cancellation.

      We’re sorry to hear about this inconvenience; however, please note that our headsets are each sold with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and we have our own dedicated Support Team available to provide assistance as needed if your headset is not functioning as it should. They'd be more knowledgeable about our products then GeekSquad, and are always happy to help with restoration, troubleshooting, or warranty service for our headsets if called.

    I upgraded from the first series. As always great fit and comfort, easy to connect to either my xbox or PC and they sound awesome!

    can't control volume like my other one. i was able to adjust voice and game volume separate but this one.. i can't always connection issues..

    This headset is okay, it's a little chunky & big for my liking, and I'm not really a big fan of the design. I only bought it because my sister needed one for the Xbox Series X.

    High Price, Low Quality

    Great when it works but I’m on my 3rd pair due to poor build quality. The plastic around the earcup hinges gets brittle very quickly and starts to crack, crumple and fall apart in just under two years. The USB receiver needs to be unplugged and plugged back in as well as the headset needs to be powered on and offnumerous times for them to connect properly.

      We get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    Over priced and not as advertised

    The headset is advertised as supporting the Xbox, PS5, PS4, etc. Features include a wheel that is assignable for Chat volume, Bluetooth volume and Mic volume. However after buying it for my PS5 I find that the wheel can not be assignable for chat volume on the PS5. Other issues I had were low game volume when turning on the PS5, I would have to unplug the dongle and plug it back in for it to work right and yes I had the current firmware installed. Not a good headset for $199!! Returned for a refund.

      Please be aware that the Lower Volume Dial can be assigned to Chat Audio ONLY when the transmitter is in the XBOX mode and is being used with an Xbox console.

      When the transmitter is in the USB Mode, and is being used with a PlayStation console, PC, or Nintendo Switch in docked mode, there is no way to assign the Lower Volume Dial to Chat Audio. This is a result of the limitations related to the way these platforms process the audio, and is not related to the headset itself.

      With that being said, our Support Team would have been happy to clarify this for you and assist with further troubleshooting for the low volume inconvenience you encountered. Our Support Team is always happy to assist and can be contacted directly via the main Turtle Beach website as needed.
