Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

What you described here sounds like RF interference of some sort, and our team would be happy to assist in figuring out whether that was being caused by the headset itself or if it is a symptom of a congested wireless network.

Unfortunately, this transmitter is apparently sourced for pennies on the dollar and lasts *just* long enough to exceed the Best Buy return/exchange period. That said, the Bluetooth connectivity is great.
