Since day one I’ve had nothing but problems getting it to sync up and use it. After spending about 20 mins everytime I turn on the Xbox to try and get it to work it never does. This paper weight now sits in a ditch somewhere where it belongs and was probably manufactured. I will never use turtle beach products again.

I have had several Turtle Beach headsets over the years and they work good enough for me. The problem with this set (i had to return two of them) was the foam on the ear cups. Its just flat and does not support the head set. Maybe i was extremely un lucky but after three sets im still not happy with the ear pads. I think there are better options these days.
