Died after 2 months of use

We received them on 11/12/2024. We've jad multiple sets of turtle beach headphones and never had issues other than normal wear and tear. From reviews online, the gen 2s have had issues since the gen 3s came out. Headed to purchase a gen 3 now. Hopefully turtle beaches technicalsupport can possibly have them working so we have a back up set.

You have to hard reset your Xbox in order for your mic to pick up your voice. Sad because I used to be a die hard Turtle beach fan. Going to return mine tonight

Why change something that had fantastic sound. The 700's were way to quiet & the bass was to high. Even after updating the firmware. Bring quality of 420x+ back.
