Constantly crackling, disconnecting, and unpairing. I have been a turtle beach headset owner since 2014. I will never buy another turtle beach headset. I tried to contact the company. They refused my complaint because it was “spam”.

I’ve had it turn off and just recently the headset stopped connecting to the transmitter. Best part is I’ve had it for like 20 days. I cannot believe they can sell this junk.
