    The battery life is great but where it lacks is it’s cheap plastic design and audio quality isn’t great but decent if you plan on getting this headset for pc don’t. the software for it barely works I bet it works great for console but for pc it struggles

    The mic setup is terrible and the chat and game sliders dont operate properly, always hearing interference.

      UPDATE 6/17:

      Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

    Junk Bought 2 of these 1 works fine but other master volume messed up pretty early after buying i tried to fix it via internet had no luck just seen it was common issue with no fix smh finally addressed it with turtle beach but it just fell barely after 1 yr and they said nothing we can do for you its out of warranty i will never do business with TURTLE BEACH AGAIN!!!

    I've admittedly had 2 pair, first lasted about a year but started cutting in and out (crackling and connection issues) The second pair would not connect after only a few uses. Tried multiple times

    Not user friendly. It boasts that you can change volumes of game and chat independently but ive yet to have this feaure work, its either blasting game audio and chat or lowers both volumes together. Have used the headset maybe twice since i bought it now i just use my old one.

      Thanks for your feedback. Is this in regard to controlling game/chat audio independently on the PlayStation?

      If so, the Lower Volume Dial can be assigned to Chat Audio ONLY when the transmitter is in the XBOX mode and is being used with an Xbox console. When the transmitter is in the USB Mode, and is being used with a PlayStation console, PC, or Nintendo Switch in docked mode, there is no way to assign the Lower Volume Dial to Chat Audio. This is a result of the limitations related to the way these platforms process the audio, and is not related to the headset itself.

    Hard to manage game sounds and player chat volumes. Im also pretty sure Bestbuy sold me a returned set since they were unwrapped and no instructions in the box. Won't buy another turtle beach set, or anything from Best Buy again.

    all of a sudden died. Will not hold any power. Taken care of. Only 2 1/2 months old. Highly disappointed. I stopped with turtle beaches years ago. Tried them once more because of the ability to connect to X series ps5 and PC. Only for this to happen and check reddit and see its a widespread problem with no solution.

    They sounded solid but its one of the most uncomfortable headsets I've ever worn

      Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    1. I updated the firmware of the dongle and the headset using PC and was successful. 2. The headset is very tight and after gaming for a couple of hours I started having a head ache. 3. The wireless connection to the Xbox series X worked first test and passed. 4. Audio was fine but then I started to notice that the audio was not in sync with the game. Turned off and on the headset without having any changes. 5. Tried on my Razer blackshark v2 pro via 3.5mm to controller and the audio was fine. 6. Tried to connect the Stealth 700s again and audio is still cutting out still having issues.......even tried removing wireless dongle and re inserting it whatever.... 7. Only had the headphones for a couple of hours after purchase and was not impressed. 8. Returned purchased item to Bestbuy. :) In conclusion the headset is NOT comfortable at all and wireless connection is trash.. my honest review
