    This is the worst headset ive ever owned, and paid $200 for it...for it not even connect to the console. Bout to lose my mind.

    I had to keep going to settings on the xbox to get it to work every time i played once it did work it was fine There tech support was like they were reading from a script

    Gave out after a month. Worked wonderful until then. I didn’t even use it often, pretty disappointing with how much I spent on it.

    Good for 6 months, barely acceptable now.

    Worked good for 6 months and then.... Bluetooth never connects. Audio is choppy. I've restored, updated firmware, the whole 9. Going back to Astros. Wasted $$$ here.

    Save your money. We had another headset for years and it was awesome. This one broke in less than a year. Same spot on both sides within minutes of each other.

    The mic broke a few months in and I had to tape it in place for it to work. A year later it just started shorting out. Now it won't turn on at all. 2nd one this happened to.

    Second 700 headset I’ve owned in two yrs and this failed to power on after a week of getting this one. Tried several troubleshooting things to no avail. First one had the plastic give out and break on the ear cup after a year. Will be returning this tomorrow and exchanging for the newer TB headset.

    These are utter junk. I had to replace mine 2x now because the device bricks itself and cannot be recovered with firmware. As instructed on the website.

    Pretty average but solid headphones for the money nowadays. Work well and dont have any issues but not blown away with them by any means.
