Good when it was working

Need to work on bluetooth connection

The technology is nothing to gawk at, but, keeping it plain and simple, is what prevents customers switching from turtle beach to astro branded items

Stopped working after less than 2 months

Not worth the price

Bad Build Quality

Defective product

I updated the filmware and connected it to multiple devices and used the Turtlebeach Hub app but that did not help anything. Sadly, I ended up returning the item.

Awful All Around

I kept hitting the adapter & it would take me 10-15 minutes to get it to reconnect. I hate these headphones & took them back within a week.

We appreciate your feedback! Please know that we get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
In regard to your audio, our Support Team would be happy to assist you in getting your headset set up properly and work with you to ensure you're using the appropriate presets and don't have a situational feature like SuperHuman Hearing activated at all times, as that alters the sound of the headset drastically when turned on.

Disappointing

Even when they did connect, the sound would drop consistently. I would steer clear.

Don't buy, they don't last.
