    First off great company to buy from. Bought these from Best Buy because my last set got smashed on accident and broke both sides off. So I hit Turtle Beach up asking about buying some replacement parts and they reply by sending me a email with a paid shipping label and said send it back and we'll send you another set....... OKAAAAY, VERY NICE!!!!! Awesome company/killer headset. WIN/WIN

    Avoid this headset like the plague. Its full of problems and is barely usable. Dongle doesnt connect to devices, the headset doesn’t connect to the dongle. Its a new problem literally every day and minute. Audio is great when it works 3% of the time. And youll just get a defective pair straight out the box. I regret buying these with all my soul.

    Worked fine for over a year, and then suddenly the joint snapped while I just had it on my neck laying down. Be sure to get the warranty. Once you use your warranty claim you have to get another on in store

    Wireless headset that will work with all consoles with a usb dongle. (Xbox.) Switch. Ps5. PC. Xbox has a switch on the side to use on the console. The headset also has bluetooth to connect with your phone can listen to music and game also take a phonecall while in game. Auto switches the microphone from phonecall to in game voice/discord on the pc....

    They are better than last year model and battery is awesome and the noise gate got better too and especially the Bluetooth when I’m gaming and hearing music or taking calls :)

    It was an amazing headset over all but 2 months after buying it the whole thing bricked and stopped working. It stopping turning on and hard reset didn't work and I had to replace it under the 1 year warranty thru Turtle Beach. I'm not sure why this happened but I'm hoping the next headset lasts longer when I receive it because it is a great brand.

    After only 6 months the plastic on the ear piece broke from the headset part leaving the ear piece dangling from a wire. I am beyond gentle with these and I am in complete disbelief that I spent 200 on these and they have not held up, knowing that I care for them very well. I must say everything else about these headphones has been a complete joy but I am very dissatisfied with the quality of material. I truly hope the manufacture will address this as the cost for this product is not cheap but the quality seems to be.

    Will not stay connected to phone. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall app to get reconnected to phone. Volume control works occasionally. Will be returning.

    Leaving my review after 1 year of owning this item. This item overall is not worth it for the price you pay. This headset is worth $60 at best. Honestly, I bought this headset because I tested it at the store and it felt comfortable at the time. Fast forward 1 year later and the plastic piece that holds the earpiece to the headset is coming apart (see screenshot). I use it casually for about 3-4 hrs a day. So If you’re a hardcore user this headset probably won’t even last you a year. Additionally, the microphone sucks. There’s no noise cancellation so any external sound can be heard in your in-game chats. Also, the wireless connection is sometimes glitchy and does not automatically connect when you turn the headset on. I had to manually remove the usb receiver and put it back in for the headset to connect. The only positive thing about this headset is that it’s rechargeable and easy to use—just plug and play. Overall, If you’re thinking about getting a new wireless game headset go with another option.
