I loved my headset when it was working, but sometimes there was an issue connecting to my Xbox. The turtle beach support wasn’t able to help and just blamed the Xbox itself. After months of trying to figure it out, I did come to realize that if I reset my elite series 2 controller once I ran into this issue, my problem would be fixed. I ended up returning this item multiple times because I ran into this issue daily and I only play with my elite controller. I believe the Xbox wireless headset is a better headset overall and it’s cheaper.

This headset is amazing. It is crazy comfortable and the sound is so rich and clear to hear. It is worth the price and would buy it again.

The sound of this headset is great, has Bluetooth so that’s a plus, but the build quality is bad. It’s hard plastic so it can break easily at the ear cups.

Turtle Beach improved upon the quality of the previous headset. I am happy with this purchase. They are also more comfortable than the Gen 1.

Great sounding and comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. My son and I both have these and they work great!

It’s a nice comfortable head set. Upgrading from x400 I feel that some sounds were better on the older headset. I thought with the mobile app your customization eq would of been more in depth. It’s just treble and bass.

These headphones should be way better for the cost of them. They worked fine for a couple days and this is my second pair of them because they go in and out and crackle and pop like crazy. Watching a movie with them is impossible because the voices go in and out. Gaming with them is a total nightmare because the game play goes in and out and all you hear is crackling noises. When they work, they have superb sound, but it’s rare that they don’t crackle. I bought a second pair thinking maybe it was just defective but I’m realizing these are just terrible headphones.

If you have glasses, find a different headset. The sound quality on these are good, but they fit very tightly and dug my frames into my head which made for very uncomfortable gaming. The headset itself felt cheap, after a week of use the microphone was incredibly loose and caused intermittent mic issues where people could only hear bits and pieces of what I was saying. This headset should be $100 at most. Overall, these were easy to use and setup, but for comfort and quality they fail.

Really like these headphones. This is my 3rd pair of turtle beach headphones. These are so comfortable and the sound is amazing.

Compared to the 420+ I bought several years ago , these are a much improved build. Very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions.

Great set of headphones. It connects seamlessly with my Xbox Series X, prompting the Xbox to turn on and connect to it when it turns on. It’s also cool that it also connects simultaneously to my phone too, so I can take work calls while I’m playing. Theoretically, I mean. I would never actually do that. Sound is crisp and clear. I haven’t used it through the summer, so I do have some concerns about how hot it might get, but I suppose that’s to be expected with any over the ear headphones.

Purchased these earlier this year in January (it's now November) and the sound quality is great. However..... It frequently and randomly disconnects from my Xbox for no reason. Battery will be full, firmware is up to date, but will literally disconnect in the middle of use. Eventually (this week) sound stopped coming out of the headset when in parties on my Xbox. Tried everything. Went to buy a different headset. Disappointed to say the least because of the price, but I'm hoping this is just my experience and not the overall one.

Headsets quality is great. Very durable. The app you download gives you more options of clarity. But I do think the sounds could be better. And also I was under the impression that these headsets had the transparency feature, which is why I really purchased then in the first place for that price. But the transparency feature is not that great at all. You supposed to hear yourself talk when talking to others to keep from yelling. But it will easily still get drowned out. And also would be great to hear people around you talking while you have the headsets on but you can’t

This headset is such a big improvement over the last gen headset. It is so much more comfortable and lasts much longer. Love the gen 2

Upgraded to these from my old Stealth 420X headset. Worth the wait of not getting the first gen for the Stealth 700. Highly recommend
