Sounds great the audio is clear if I complained about anything it would be that the volume doesn’t get as loud and the low’s aren’t as deep small price for wireless

Took awhile to figure out the best settings but I think I finally have. I play warzone mostly, and after tinkering with the in-game audio settings as well as the Turtle Beach app, this headset is solid. At first I thought I would have to return it. The app works fine for me. I have an iphone 10 and xbox series x. I have seen reviews of people having issues connecting. None for me. My only issue with the app/headset is it doesn't save the settings, so each time you power up and connect to the app, you have to adjust the custom eq again. Kind of annoying, but I took screenshots of the app settings/sliders when I finally found a sound that worked in warzone. I turn the "superhuman hearing" ON, but turn the slider down to about 40%. In the custom EQ I turn the treble up about 2 notches, the bass down about a 2 notches, and the dialogue up 2 notches. The warzone in-game settings I use boost high. Footsteps aren't an issue and neither are the LOUD explosions/planes/helicopters/gunfire anymore (for the most part). With the turtle beach app resetting each time, I have gotten used to having to go back in and adjust to my liking. After 2-3 times of that I no longer need the screenshots to adjust. Takes about 30 seconds total to get the headset ready to jump in.

Great Product minus the build quality.

Overall it's been an ok headset. The biggest complaint is the build quality. The plastic becomes brittle over time and eventually starts to break. My favorite thing about this is the ability to flip the mic up to mute. The bad part of that is the arm broke off due to the plastic. Another good thing is the replacement ear pieces. When those wear out and start to look worn, you can just pop new ones in to have it look and feel new again. I think based on this I will try a different brand (Steelseries x9) to see the difference.

Very tight. And a little heavy. and the sound is only adequate, they would be a fine 20 dollar headphone, not 90

I was overwhelmed at first but now I got full control. Multiple sound settings and a custom setting with toggles for mic boost, sound gate, monitoring etc.. Can adjust superhuman hearing. Having a great experience now that its all set up. I can get audio/calls from my phone during matches so no fumbling around. Friends say I come in clear. Saved $50 compared to the competitor but I have also been loyal to Turtle Beach over the decades so this was an easy choice for me.

I've only had these for two days but love them and have no complaints about them at all gaming-wise the only negative I have about them is I can NOT get them to show up as a Bluetooth device in the settings menu on any of my Apple devices. I went to the Turtle Beach website and download the app to my Mac to update the firmware and still nothing. I'm using the newest IOS and now the newest firmware and still nothing, once again gaming-wise with my Series X this headset works like a dream so no complaints there but one of the selling points of this headset is that you can use it to listen to your music or/and take calls and so far none of that is possible.
