Unfortunately, the build quality suffers within a few months. With extended use, the headset becomes very uncomfortable to use and the chat volume rocker has stopped functioning properly. Trying to increase the volume instead decreases it, and will give a false audio cue that the volume is at max.

Although you have to purchase the USB adapter for using the headset on PC, it's amazing sound quality on xbox and Bluetooth! My husband has his own and I have mine. They are super easy to hook up to Xbox. I love how easy it is to switch between hearing the game sound and chat sound. I love playing apex and listening to music at the same time, too!
