Cool looking and great audio

I can actually hear footsteps on cod and the direction where it’s coming from. They’re awesome. And they’re black, they look cool.

Coming from a40s with mod kit these beaches blew me away. So much more base and depth to the game. I only play cod and these make me feel like I’m in a real war.

A quality Turtle

The wireless capability is extremely nice, I fine myself using it as a headset for my phone doing chores around the house as often as using it for my Xbox.

I had a turtle beach headset previously and the build was better but they were also more expensive. I opted to buy the Dolby add on, worth it in my case.

I love the separate dials for the game volume and the chat volume. My 800x Elite model has push buttons which can be a bit difficult to adjust accurately if you accidentally double tap them. The only down side to the headset is that there isn’t a charging base. I prefer the 800x Elite’s charging base for charges and storage.

I purchased these and upgraded from the old 420x turtle beach and the comparison is unbeatable. This headset is a beast and works great on FPS games. The only CON of this headset so far is range, I sometimes roam to the kitchen, bathroom, or backyard and it seems to lack in Bluetooth connectivity range.

AMAZING HEADSET

Bluetooth issues

If you’re planning to use these for both gaming and phone calls, you may be quite disappointed in the inability to maintain a connection with your phone. The phone app connects fine, but trying to stream music or calls drops the connection.

Over priced

BT is cool and they are kind of tight on head I had them and took back because I need more bass and volume and was not good for WZ

cheap made, but sound great

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this headset and the first thing when I got the out of the box I really like them they fit me really well second I downloaded the apps for my phone and laptop to check if they were updated to the current version the website said they were so I paired them to my iPhone they worked fine sound was great I played with the settings and let them charging the light turned green so I disconnected it from my laptop and when to my living room and that is when the problems started I tried to sink it to my Xbox and they didn’t do it the green light turned red and then off nothing else happened I tried to sink to my phone and it didn’t work the app on the phone said there was no headset detected? I brought my computer and plug the headset to it and the computer said there was no headset detected there was no light on red or green and the connection with the laptop or iPhone didn’t work I don’t understand why that happen I did register the headset with turtle beach put all my information website said that the product was register to my name when the headset didn’t work I tried to contact turtle beach couldn’t find a phone number on their website they ask me to input all the information that I already have input on there website is like all the time I spent inputting the registration process means nothing so I just put them in the box and I returned not worth $150 + that I spend on them I did check the reviews on the product before my purchase but I decided to give them a try all I found was that the bad reviews they got are the true I check another store website and there is no bad reviews on the product 0 bad reviews it makes me wonder if is only a bad set that I got when I returned the product they didn’t have another set to replace mine they did told me that they didn’t have any more that will take several days to get a replacement I just ask for my money back if I spend money on anything I purchased I want them to work not for 35 minutes but for a long time and enjoy the product I paid for.

Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.
This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

Glitchy and problematic right out of the box.

But I had trouble connecting to Bluetooth on both my laptop and my iPhone. I finally got both to work after several tries and much tinkering. Then I installed the software/app on both my laptop and my phone. The app failed to recognize the headphones on the iPhone and the laptop even though they were connected on Bluetooth when I tried. I tried turning everything off and on, tried resetting Bluetooth, tried everything I could think of. Nothing worked, which means I have no access to change the headphone settings. When I run into this many problems in the first hour I take it as a bad sign. I’m returning these and I’ll try my luck with something else.
