These headsets are amazing! Highly recommend. You can do Bluetooth and listen to music at the same time as playing the game. Plus taking the phone calls are great as well

I bought this product thinking it would be amazing, I was wrong. For the first 2 weeks it worked perfectly then it started making my voice static to my friends on game chat, but I ignored it. After a week of that it fixed itself. So I thought everything was fine, but it made it so everyone’s voices would be very quiet to where at full volume I would barely be able to hear them. I was able to fix it partially with the app but it was still hard to hear my friends. Then about two days ago I was about to game then the headset snapped on the earpiece. When I first bought this product I thought it would improve my gaming but I would have to take them off about every thirty minutes cause they would send a sharp pain down my ear. This headset sucks and I would never recommend this to anyone.

I would give these headphone a one of five stars; these are a HUGE diminishment in usability from my previous pair. (1) The on/off tone remains deafening loud. I am concerned for hearing damage. To adjust to a manageable level, one must pair to the app on the phone. (This Bluetooth functionality simply introduces another way for the headphones to get confused about signal source.) As for the on/off tones, I can succeed in getting them to a safe level if they are adjusted to just-a-hair above zero. This addresses the on/off tone loudness. The signal from xBox that the headphones have been paired remains painfully loud, and cannot be adjusted. I’m reluctant to touch the volume dial, see next item. (2) At the start of my gaming, the actual Xbox feed volume is extremely loud. When I touch the volume dial, it beeps loudly, then returns to the correct volume I set the day before…or it simply turns off. (3) The headset randomly shuts off for no discernible reason. Even after using the headphone software “recovery tool”. I grow weary of sporadically having to turn them back on every 20 or 30 minutes (and having ear splitting reconnection tones again!) (4) The dial for the microphone chat activity beeps if I touch it. I have no idea if it’s turning on, or off, or frankly what it is doing. Chat functionality remains regardless of that dial. What is this 2nd dial beeping for (and why must it be so LOUD)? In short, these headphones are far more trouble than they’re worth. My previous Turtle Beach headphones that I’ve had for years were turn-key and reliable. Put them on, play. No chronic connectivity issues, no confusing, over-complicated volume dial functionality, no deafening tones. Their team should not have “fixed” what wasn’t broken.

I really like this headset, the volume is loud enough for all gaming and watching movies with the built-in presets an with the new app you can download to you're mobile device and change game and chat volume and more custom settings within the app. I would recommend to friends about this !

Good audio, but for the price leaves me a little wanting as far as the quality. I’ve had a few connection issues, but it’s unclear if it’s because I’m on a base Xbox one, or if it’s the headphones. Overall pretty solid.

Headphones provide good quality sound during gaming and has the added option to connect to my cell phone simultaneously so that I don’t miss any calls. Very pleased with this purchase.

Good sound quality and easy to use but they squeeze your head really tight. I got a headache after 30 minutes of use and had to return them. Maybe if you have a narrow head they’d be okay but otherwise they are very tight.

Finally got a headphone that don’t break. I had one that broke where the movement of the settings; this is metal frames that hopefully with stand it games

Purchased these to replace my older TB 420x but ended up returning them because the sound quality just wasn't as good. The headset is extremely comfortable but doesn't have the same performance. Surprisingly for the price.

By far the best gaming headphones the quality the feel is very good had other headphones and turtle beach but this will be my new go to now just waiting for the release of the Xbox series x

The sound is incredible and have not noticed any feedback or static like a few people have complained about. Fun to be able to speak with my friends while playing my games.

I broke my 20$ ones these are the best. Sound quality is great and you can cancel the noise and just hear other players. My best purchase for my game besides the game itself.

I love the fact that you can listen to your game and play music through a Bluetooth connected device. Very satisfying to just connect so easily. Highly recommended!!!

Love the gel cushion. Really comfy and connected up with the Xbox instantly. Seamless integration and is Bluetooth so they work great on the computer as well. The phone app is handy

These have been great. It's so awesome to play music while playing video games. Get plenty loud, have good bass, super human hearing is good. Mic is good sound quality

Absolutely love this headset! By far my fav headset ever! Easy to use, and amazong quality! I also love that my phone syncs to it and i can take phone calls on it!

Thought these were great at first ,my first wireless headset but after only using literally maybe 6 times total. It goes battery level high......headset paired...... 3 beeps and immediately shuts off. i cant hard reset because it doesnt stay on long enough. I checked for drivers/firmware but i get an error everytime because it wont stay connected or on. I had generic 99.99 Microsoft wired headset that blows these out of the water and still working 6 years later. Dont waste your money on a 150$ paperweight.

Sound goes in and out and doesn’t get very loud. I am only about 10-12ft away from the console so it wouldn’t be spotty sound. Also a pain to get connected to the Xbox and it sometime loses the connection for no reason

Had the original stealth 700 and upgraded to the new gen 2. Much better build and sound is great once you dial it in to your desire. App on phone makes it easy to adjust settings.

Great headset. Had hesitations about the price but it is worth every penny. Don’t forget to get the Xbox wireless adapter if you want to use these on your computer.
