I have used many different gaming headsets over the years but the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Premium Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox One is the first truly wireless one I have used, and I am thoroughly impressed. Although a bit pricey, I feel it is well worth it based on the overall quality and unique features it offers. This headset is extremely comfortable to wear, even for extended periods of time. The Aerofit cooling gel-infused memory foam ear cushions are incredible and really make a huge difference when it comes to staying relatively cool while gaming. Other headsets tend to get hot and sticky after a while but that hasn’t been the case for me with this one. Being able to connect the headset wirelessly directly to the Xbox instead of having to run a cable to my controller is a huge improvement although I do somewhat miss having a mute button handy at the bottom of my controller. Instead, if you want to mute the microphone, you have to manually flip it up but I think it is worth the tradeoff. I haven’t really kept track of how long I have used the headset so far but haven’t had any issues with the battery life. I haven’t had to recharge it yet and I have no reason to believe it won’t live up to its quoted 20-hour battery life. As for audio quality, it is as good as any other headset I have used despite being completely wireless. The Superhuman Hearing feature is pretty cool and does a good job of amplifying important sounds that can sometimes get drown out. On top of all of this, I really like the unique ability of being able to connect to my phone via Bluetooth while simultaneously using the headset for gaming. I didn’t know headsets could even do that until reading about it with this one. Depending on what I am playing, I can now listen to music from my phone while gaming or even answer phone calls. Overall, I am very impressed with the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Premium Wireless Gaming Headset for Xbox One and I highly recommend it!

beat headphones I ever had. love them. you can do so much with them. listen to music and hear game volumes while in a party etc. its crazy. the sound is amazing

They fit perfect to head don’t slip off easy like most headsets have awesome sound connect like most headsets threw Bluetooth with the quality well worth the price.

This is my first wireless headset I've purchased. Happy with it so far and haven't faced any issues. You are also able to connect your phone via bluetooth.

I recently obtained the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Headset for Xbox X & Xbox One in anticipation of the release of the new Xbox. I wanted to both upgrade my current headset and acquire one that would be compatible with the new Xbox. Included with this purchase are the headset, a USB-C charging cable, and a Quick Start Guide that you definitely want to read before use. The battery life is advertised at around 20 hours depending on the conditions of use. It paired quickly and easily via Bluetooth with both my Xbox One and cellphone and also allows for gaming use on tablets and phones. It also offers dual Bluetooth connectivity while gaming so you can simultaneously play and answer your phone or listen to music. While attractive with a black and silver color combination it's not as ornamented or flashy as other headsets from Turtle Beach, but plain is not necessarily a bad thing. The headset is lightweight and breathable with cushiony padding on the headband that has both steel and plastic components that contribute to its sturdy build. The earpieces are made of synthetic leather and filled with Aerofit, a cooling gel infused memory foam. The Stealth 700 Gen 2 has a Prospecs Glasses Relief System meant to increase comfort during use for eyeglass wearers. I wear glasses and did find that the headset applied very little pressure to the sides of my glasses resulting in a very comfortable fit. I’m not a hard-core gamer and I don’t foresee spending more than 2 to 3 hours at a time in this headset but it appears to be constructed with durability and comfort in mind. All control buttons and indicator lights are located on the left earpiece. Included among the buttons is the Mode button that can be used to activate the competitive gaming advantage provided by Superhuman Hearing Mode during gameplay. The Mode button and Mappable wheel functions can be customized using the Turtle Beach Audio Hub mobile app that’s available for Android and iOS. The app receives mixed reviews online and I did download it, but I wasn’t comfortable altering the factory presets on the unit. The right earpiece seamlessly houses the flip-to-mute mic and its audio is crisp, well-balanced, and natural sounding during gaming, while listening to music, and when taking calls. The mic also has great sound clarity when chatting during gameplay. The volume dial is very sensitive and when disconnecting from one source and reconnecting with another the volume level is not consistent. The announcements that the headset makes are very clear but can be loud at times also. This upgrade of the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 retains the Xbox wireless connectivity and premium sound quality of the original headset while providing a number of new features and upgrades-all without increasing the price. This makes this headset an excellent value and a solid choice for a mid range priced gaming headset.

Love this headset. Have used an older version of the Turtle Beaches for years but these new stealth 700s are next level with sound quality and comfort.

These bad boys are the gaming headset you’ve been missing. If you’re into warzone and need to know what side the enemy is flanking, don’t skip out on these.

The product itself is very good, but it’s a hassle to put it together. I bought this as a gift and I had no idea I needed to get a wireless adapter for the setup. Just wasn’t mentioned anywhere, therefore it made the setup a little bit of a headache.

First time owing a pair of turtle beachs. And i must say im super impressed. The mic pretty much picks up everything and the sound quality is top notch

I’ve owned several pairs of headphones. This is by far the most comfortable, fastest charging headphones I have. I only wish I could control party chat or voice chat

It’s a very comfortable headset and it feels durable. I don’t think it’s loud enough in my opinion it’s close though. The bluetooth is 50/50 if it works sometime. It’s always nice to hear Bluetooth connected and then Bluetooth disconnected on repeat when your playing games. Mine lasted 4 months now it won’t turn on anymore. Im very delicate with how I handle my stuff. It happened when I was charging it. It just cut out and died after plugging it in. Pairing it was a LONG struggle at the beginning. Never had a issue with pairing after the first time.

The audio is great, but the mic has a pretty low quality and in long sessions nakes my head sweat. But the really great postive is how easy it connects to my series x.

Son in law need a new head set. Got him this set and before he could tell is friends, they all asked him if he got new headsets because he sounded 100% better.

At first i fell absolutely in love with it, believe to be the best headset i ever had. After the first week i was dealing with Bluetooth issue, it would come and go. Shortly after that, i was always getting told my mic keeps cutting in, and out during midsession gaming. The sound is great, they have to fix the Bluetooth and mic issues before i would buy again. If your looking for a headset to play and rely on, go somewhere else, returning today before the 30 days is over. After i experience the issue i went to the reviews and i seen others going through the same issues.

Completely upset with this item. They started experiencing connection problems after 2 weeks just after the deadline to return them. Now I'm stuck with these headphones that disconnect every so often than it usually should . the volume is not very loud and friends from party chat say that I sound static and they can barely hear me. I have the app to help level the volume still no good. I owned the previous generation and I must say the Gen 1 is superior to this Gen 2

These is an amazing headset for the new Xbox X, they connect so easy. It’s the same process as connecting a controller. They have amazing sound quality.

I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. These are awesome. The only downside is that the mic doesn't always mute itself when flipped up like it's supposed to.

Had a 700 Gen 1 and upgraded to this gen 2. The comfort level and mic placement are probably my favorite changes on the 700
