After unboxing, I charged the headset until it was fully charged with the supplied charging cable and a usb charger. Next I updated the firm ware with the Turtle Beach Audio Hub app. Finally I connected it to my Xbox One X without issue. I made a few adjustments with my iPhone to adjust the levels and I have been very impressed. The only thing Turtle Beach could do to make these better would be to turn up the side tone just a bit. I recommend this Headset to all games.
