    Great sound, if you plan on hooking it up to a pc you will need the Microsoft xbox adapter for windows pc. Could not get it to connect to any phone

    Upgraded from the Stealth 600 and the 700 are amazing! They sound good and connect very easy! So glad I upgraded to these

    Signal Interference Issue *TB is aware*

    **Do NOT buy these until TB fixes the signal interference issue** *This issue is widely discussed on Reddit and a few tech forums* These headphones have a wireless signal interference issue. You’ll get crackling, audio cut out, and volume drop and rise. The headset is using a 2.4ghz band, which is common, but many common things can interfere with this signal. Some common items that can cause interference: router (all routers utilize a 2.4ghz band, while some do multiple 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands), smartphones, laptop/pc (when connected to the internet via WiFi), gaming console (when connected via WiFi), and other wireless headsets (siblings, roommates, spouse, etc) being used at the same time. A software patch CAN fix this. When I reached out to TB about this issue, they said it’s been a problem since launch (September 2020) and they’ll release a patch sometime during or after the holiday 2020 season. Just throwing this in, too: Another issue they have is their app not syncing to the headset via Bluetooth. The headset can pair easily to my smartphone and when I open the TB app to adjust the EQ, you have to keep restarting the app to get it out from being stuck in “searching” mode. No wonder the app is rated 2.4 stars. TB suggests that every time the audio issue happens, power cycle the headset. Okay, reasonable, but sucks when you’re in the middle of an online match. They also suggest, if the power cycle didn’t work, to restart your console AND your router. This is the solution they suggest to keep doing every time it happens. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. They want your money and sell you a broken item, tell you they’ll get around to fixing it, and have you inconvenience yourself and those you live with every time it has an issue. Nope, sorry TB. This isn’t worth the money right now. In the future, maybe. But not right now.

    Good headset, i use it for pc and xbox, sound quality is good, the app you need to change settings sucks on the other hand.

    They were great but broke and stopped powering on after just 2 months and I took very good care of them.

    Honestly, this headset was amazing when it worked and it does work still to this day, but man have I had so many issues with it. Firstly, the sound quality is phenomenal, but that's about where it ends. The First Gen wasn't great, but this is even worse when it comes to it's connectivity issues. Idk if this is a Xbox Series X issue, but wow since getting this console my headsets have been even worse. Constantly i'll get into Boot Loops and i'll have to repower on the headset at least 3-5 times before it stays connected. Sometimes it'll stay on, but no audio is occuring only way to fix is to once again turn off and on until it works. The Robotic voice seems to finally be fixed woot :) But the other issue when using it on PC the stereo sound breaks and you have to adjust volume on PC to return it back to proper sound levels. The other issues is sometimes the headset will just turn off. This started occuring alot lately and ended up bricking my headset. I contacted Turtle Beach and they had me run a script that force reboot the headset. This seemed to work any honestly the headset seems better since then, but still occasionally has boot issues. So maybe it needed a firmware update I wasn't aware of. All in all I really don't recommend this headset it was super easy to suggest it before because of the Seperate Game/Chat sliders that seems to no longer exist on lower priced headsets, but it does appear that headsets in the $200-$300 range still offer this ability weird they made it a premium feature now.

      If you have performed the script to reboot the headset, please ensure that you have re-connected the headset to the Audio Hub and updated it to the most recent firmware available to it. That should prevent you from needing to perform any more reboots via the script and may clear up the other inconveniences you're having. We'd also suggest taking the time to reach out to the Support Team again to see if they can provide any assistance in troubleshooting your connectivity.

    I got the gen 2 to replace my broken gen 1 stealth 700. I love the updated design and the swivel upgrade on them . The mic redesign is a huge plus when not in use it’s well hidden . Connection to the Xbox seems to be quick also compared to the older gen . Button selections aren’t as hard to press like the older gen neither . Only downside I had so far was the charger cable isn’t as long as the gen 1 but I can live with that I just make sure to fully charge them before my gaming sessions .

    Very Good Xbox Headset I love all of the Options it gives you and how easy it is to use the only problem I had was the volume button was kinda damaged but still works so no complaints I recommend

    I had the gen1 700's and theses are built much better. Sound quality is the same as the 1st gen. I will say that they sit a little tight on my head.

    It works great. Just have some issues with in game voice chat and modern warfare. Xbox live party chat has no issues. Would give it a 5 star rating if the in game voice chat wasn't an issue.

    Very stiff at first but goes to your head after you break it in! Define fly noise canceling and has awesome sound!
