It's fine as a gaming headset and it's very comfortable, however using it on anything other than your xbox is a nightmare. Here are some of the issues/annoyances I've been having. If your headset is paired to your xbox and your phone at the same time like mine, turning the headset on to use with just your phone will also turn on your xbox from across the house which if you're constantly moving will cause them constantly cut in and out because it keeps losing and finding it connection the xbox. Next is that you need an Xbox Wireless Adapter to use it with Windows 10 which already sucks, but now I'm having issues where whenever I turn my headset on, it cuts out my wifi which defeats the purpose! On top of all that, the sound quality is just fine, but that's it, not worth the cost even if they did work more than 50% of the time imo. I would not recommend this headset to anybody.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound is decent my biggest concern is chat audio. apparently my mic is super sensitive so much so that my phone could ping on the other side of the room and it will blow a hole in my friend's ears. and when I'm talking to someone and they're talking to me they sound like robots. It didn't start off that way so I don't know what changed but the further along I got after this purchase the worsr I've regret it

Please ensure that your headset has been updated to the most recent firmware via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. That should have an affect on your microphone's sensitivity and may clear up the other inconveniences you've had.
