    When they worked they were great. Starting having trouble after a month and then they straight up died. Like no power. Even when plugged in. No response from pressing and holding the power button. No blinking lights, nothing. Emailed them about the issue and it's been almost a week with no response yet. I really need headphones to enjoy any entertainment as I get home during quiet hours in my building. So even if they replace them, being without a headset in the interim is irritating and the whole ordeal is a huge hassle. My first and probably last purchase from turtle beach.

      We’re sorry to hear about this inconvenience; however, please note that our headsets are each sold with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and we have a dedicated Support Team available to provide assistance as needed.

      If you have already reached out to them and received a confirmation email stating your claim was received; then your case is in their queue and it will be responded to.     They’re good but they aren’t comfortable for long term gaming. they start to hurt your ears after an hour or so.

    This headset sounds good, but always disconnects. Sometimes after turning it on and it states that it is connected it turns off right after. I have updated the firmware on this headset from a PC also. Really regret buying this headset.

    Amazing sound quality BUT full of problems. Bluetooth disconnects, powers off for no reason. You have to plug in to a computer to perform a hardware update which makes the turtle beach app useless. I gave it a few weeks hoping it would magically fix itself. This was my first and now last turtle beach headset.

      Updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or macOS would be the only way to update the headset. If you haven't done that yet, we'd suggest giving that a try.
