But I often listen to music from. My phone while playing Xbox and chatting during games. Game and chat volume are controlled on headset. And Bluetooth is by phone. Super comfortable to wear And my ears don't sweat like my p Old pair.

Poor Quality and Durability

They cutoff on their on in the middle of gameplay, often times they turn on and you can’t hear your party right away and they lack durability. Did I mention I am on my THIRD pair in 18months! There will not be a fourth.

Waste of hype

But most of the time they don’t work. Everyone else that owns seems to love them I may have some type of Bluetooth interference in my house. Can’t seem to keep the headset connected while playing. I’m sure they are great, just not for me

After spending hours dealing with an absolutely awful technical support I was told that I need to wait for better updates to come out for the headset to be able to connect my phone to the headset. What is the point of having this headset if it can’t connect to my Xbox and my phone. Might as well have gone with the cheaper version. Actually I would never buy a turtle beach brand headset again. This is coming from someone who has only owned turtle beach headsets since they first came out. I will be throwing this awful headset in the garbage where it belongs.
