DO NOT BUY if you want to use this exclusively for PC. It doesn’t come with a usb dongle and just connects wirelessly and the functionality becomes moot when trying to use it on your computer. Buy the PS4 edition if you are looking to use with your computer.

Please be aware that this headset was designed specifically for the Xbox consoles, but can be used on a PC with the additional purchase of an adapter from Microsoft known as the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

I had read many reviews with complaints but decided to give them a chance. Glad I did. I’ve been using them for about a month and had no problems whatsoever. I guess the only complaint I could have is the range of the headset when walking around the house. Lol

With that being said, the headset would require an additional adapter from Microsoft for use with a Windows 10 PC. That adapter is known as the Microsoft Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10.

I then got this one and it's significantly better! It truly was the Best Buy for me. Truly living up to their name. Looking forward to my next purchase here!

Better than expected

Mic monitoring actually works, cooling ear cups are a nice perk, they are amazing. I’ve owned the Astro a50s, a40s, Arctis 9x, hypers, and the new Xbox wireless headset. Hopefully these will last me a long time!

But functionality is below average. I had to replace these TB headphones twice. One situation was because it just wouldn't turn on (fresh out the box). And my second situation was having connection issues but TB couldn't fix the problem.... I would rather have a headset half the price with less problems .

Not as good as i thought

And to the point where i could barely hear the party chat even with chat volume up on device and system. Kinda bummed on this headsets performance.

It could be a little more user friendly since you are adjusting multiple buttons on the headset after it disables the ability to adjust on the Xbox. Can mess up settings by accidentally touching the buttons on the headset.

I bought to use with xbox series s and iphone tablet and windows pc. works great with microsoft teams etc but with zoom it keeps getting distorted audio after 5 or 10 minutes of use and you turn it off and back on then it works again for 5 more min.
