Great xbox series x headphones..

Mic is real sensitive and there is no way to make it less sesitive, we tried! But they are really great headphones in every other way. Just need to not talk as loud when online so you don't blow everyones ear drums out lol...

Bought as a gift for my boyfriend and it’s constantly disconnecting, crackling, or having some other issue. For $160 I expect it to work and work well. Disappointing and will be returned.

The app definitely needs to be redesigned and could be a bit more user friendly. If you find these on sale I’d definitely say pick yourself up a pair.

For reference, I use Bose QC 35ii regularly. Other than being uncomfortable, the sound and build quality we're very good.

It was often the headset would even disconnect my controller and wouldn’t allow it to re connect unless I completely restarted my Xbox (literally by unplugging it). Now the headset refuses to turn on and yes it is charged. I’ve taken great care of the headset and don’t understand how such an expensive thing could be so bad. I’ve contacted TB support and they have yet to respond. I highly do not recommend this headset

Please check the Turtle Beach Support website for a new restore process that was recently developed by our engineering team. That process should get your headset back up and running again.
Since you have already reached out to the team; please know their reply times will vary depending on how inundated their queue is. They do their best to reply to all claims as quickly as possible, but they do have to answer those emails in the exact order they are received.
