Not sure if the have bugs to work out or just went with awful internal components, but as compared to the prior generation of this model, the outside does feel much nicer, but the internals/actual use of them is almost impossible. They drop connection even wore than the prior gen, the sound quality is worse, i can't say anything as to the battery life because i could never stand to use them too long.

I would say the headset just stops working at least 3 or 4 times during a two hour play session. There are times the headset straight up powers off on its own. I keep the headset up to date. I don’t know how this keeps being a consistent issue.

I have had several and this one will be the last one as I have returned it. This model lost chat volume control only after 1 day or 2 hours of use. I checked out solutions everywhere and this is a very well-known issue that doesn't get resolved without being replaced altogether.
