Nice looking headset but worse imo

The range didn't improve for me what so ever from Gen 1 to Gen 2. Just feels cheaper than the previous model.

Worked for 4 months, then died

Would not turn back on at all. Outside of return period and credit card purchase protection. Contacted turtle beach and took a week to get anywhere (literally they sent one email a day even though I would reply back almost instantly.) finally got turtle beach to start a fix but they want the product first. They won’t send you a replacement first so you can get back to to gaming as you would with headsets.

They handle all cases/emails via a queue based system, so replies are all sent out to emails in the exact order they are received. This ensures fairness to all of our customers. While a reply may take a few business days depending on how inundated their queue is, the team is working to get replies out as quickly as their queue allows.
With that being said, it appears that you were provided with our standard warranty replacement instructions for a product like this so please do not think you are being singled out by having to send your headset out to our fulfillment center. Following the instructions provided by the tech assisting you would be the only way to get a replacement for this product under its warranty with us.

Superior sound, but....maybe mine were defective?

And were the only one in the city, heck the only one in the state. When I first tried them, it literally took over my controller and I would turn in circles. Tried moving, but nothing. Turned them off and got control of my controller. Every time the battery would reach "Medium" it would disconnect. I would have to constantly turn it off and back on and it would say something like "Headset pegging". I looked up the reviews but nothing was brought up about my situation, only just how good they are. The app was not working either. A lot of reviews were they were no new software updates yet to fix this, but mainly talked about the app and not my lost of controller functions or constant "headset pegging". I took them back, I think mines were defective. So had them reorder me new ones. They come in tomorrow. The other was the mic, the sound was louder than the chat. I turned down the sound, but the mic also went down. I was playing warzone, so went into the functions and turned the mic up to nearly 300 to hear my teammates. Tried other settings but this one worked great.

Not good try something else

They may be fairly confortable and look good but for $150 just buy astro a20s instead. Constant crackling, popping. Bluetooth sounds terrible on pc. I even bought an xbox wireless adapter so i didnt have to use bluetooth anymore, and although it sounds better it doesnt compare to how the astro a20s sound. Just dont bother with these.

Good headset

Not very happy

Worked great the few times I did get to use it. Never been dropped or mishandled, treated it like a baby. Used it for 30 minutes connected to my phone and it bricked itself. Started making a loud shrieking noise and none of the buttons would do anything, needless to say I’ll be trying to get my money back or exchanging it.

Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.
This should hard reset the headset and has the potential to clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, please make an attempt at updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.
If you continue to have an inconvenience with your headset after trying out the steps listed above; please reach out to our dedicated Support Team so they can assist you further with further troubleshooting (or replacement service if need be) under your product's manufacturer's warranty.
