I have my volume dials set for game sounds and chat, but they don't work that way, both are game sound. Tried changing it, no go. tried factory reset on the device, same problem. Tried changing the setting so one dial is for something other than chat volume, both still only change game volume. And don't even get me started on how annoying these things are to work with a computer. I bought the adaptor so i could use them for both my xbox and a gaming pc, half the time after pairing it to the pc it just shuts itself off. Like click, headset off. When i do get it working, no matter what i do the mic just won't work and i have to rely on a different mic for audio pick up. Battery life is good, but half the time it doesn't tell me "battery low" when the battery is running out, so it shuts off in the middle of a game with no warning. The past month has been me fighting with it for one reason or another. I reached out to Turtle Beach and all they said was "factory reset the unit, it'll work". Yeah obviously not. Stay far away from this one.
