However, if you connect bluetooth, after 30 minutes or so, it starts glitching by disconnecting and then trying to reconnect every 10 seconds. (Every time it does that it tells you over the speakers) You literally have to turn off bluetooth on your phone for them to work. I did the system update and still the same issue. If they fix that issue, definitely worth the price.

Had turtle beach in the past and loved it these do not stop reconnecting and even after the bug fix update. I have to reconnect atleast 3 times a 15 min match. Unreal. Wish I could give this less stars.

The negative reviews makes total sense, I also had a lot of connection issues during my gameplay. If you stop to use your controller for a few seconds, even during a cutscene, the sound will cutting off. That’s ridiculous. I’ve tried to update the firmware, but the problem persisted, so sadly, I’m returning it

Great sound and comfort but mic has issues from time to time, shuts off randomly, chat wheel doesn’t work right, seems like we have to hard reset from time to time as it freezes and now the right ear has come off the holder. Can snap it back it but it just falls out again.

Thought I’d replaced it with this new model but I’ve gone through 2 already and both were staticky and get really bad interference. All troubleshooting steps with Tech Support did not work. Didn’t have any other wireless device around it (even my cellphone was at least 12 ft away) and still had really bad interference and comms would go in and out. Was able to return 1 at Best Buy but the other was past the return policy so will be sent back to TB instead as it’s still covered under the warranty. I even asked for a credit just to get something else but I was told it had to be replaced. Being a lifelong TB fan I’m sad to say I’ll probably just sell the replacement and get something else as this is not worth the money. Really disappointed to the point that I just put 1 star on this as I can’t give any less.
