    Don't bother, audio cuts out/crackles constantly

    Seriously, don't bother with these. They constantly cut out and crackle. It's a known problem you can find several people commenting about on forums. Their support will tell you it's interference from you wifi, but I have the pulse headset for my PS5, which works perfectly fine, no audio drop outs or anything. But Microsoft being their greedy selves don't allow you to use USB headsets with their console (or at least the few I've tried), so if you want a wireless headset you're forced to turn to the few official Xbox headsets that are available, like this one. Turtle Beach always seemed like a really cheap brand to me, never bothered with them before because of it, and this just kind of proves it. This shouldn't be sold this way, it does not function the way it's advertised. It's fortunate Best Buy is so good about returns, will never deal with Turtle Beach again. Because of this I'm even considering selling my Series X, so tired of Microsoft's BS. I just want a decent wireless headset and they make it such a chore so they can cash in on licensing deals.

      We would suggest continuing your correspondence with our Support Team. What you described here does sound like RF interference. However ,if the troubleshooting steps they provided did not clear this up for you; they'd want to hear back from you so they can continue to offer assistance with further troubleshooting or replacement service if needed under your product's warranty.

    I purchased this headset a while ago.. thank god I bought the warranty for it.. Worked fine at first then it seems like Turtle Beach just gives up on updates for it, it would unpairs to my Xbox series X and I would lose microphone ability during gaming. When I tried to update it via the app on my phone it told me to use the computer.. when I downloaded the update feature to my computer it kept booting me out of the program so I was unable to update via computer as well.. so I took them back and bought Steel Series Arctis 9X wireless which is a top-notch product! Turtle Beach is not great with customer service.. I had a $300 Ear Force Elite 800X Premium headset from them.. when the headband broke (Poor design on the headband) I asked if I can send it in for service repair on the head band and they told me no.. to buy a brand new pair for an additional $300 SMH! Should’ve learned my lesson then.

    I got 2 pairs today. 1 for me, 1 for friend. I charged mine and the charge light was on, all looked good. Plugged into the computer to make sure it had latest update if needed. Charge light showed for a little bit, but computer couldn’t detect it. Now, no charge light ever comes on. No Bluetooth light. No power, nothing. Dead. Store is out of stock, so will have to return and wait for replacement. I was so looking forward to this headset. I don’t ever have bad luck with electronics being defective, so I really hope this is a one time fluke.

    Don't Buy Until all bugs are worked out

    I got home tried them on and then charged it until the LED shut off. I hooked it up to the computer to check for updates...it cooked out. I didnt have this 158.99 headset for a whole hour and its literally a brick. Paper weight. Support claims help in 3-5 business days. It didn't take that long to take ny money for a defective item thats obviously with a quick Google search a major Turtle Beach issue. Went deeper into the website did the so called reset. Nothing. Its completely gone. Since they only function on business days I have to take the rather taxing drive to return them. I dont even want another pair. Shouldve gotten a different company. Never have these kinds of issues out the box with TB.
