    The sound was great. The “eyeglass” channel did not reduce the pressure on the frame. They synced with my Xbox really easy. However the stopped working and won’t turn on now. I just received the 12-17-2020. They were working fine, I removed them to answer the door and they died

    These were just ok or of the box. Bought for xbox series x. Series x optimized games sounds terrible. Anything that requires directional sounds is impossible to play. I have tried every combination of settings with tv xbox and headphones. Even tried internet tricks like clearing mac. Nothing fixed these. To be fair I understand most of not all brands of wireless headphones are having this issue. To bad so sad. Total rip off currently. Returning and abandoning turtle beach going forward for this headache that cost me countless hours of my time. Also the app is garbage. Some things work... Other apparently don't. I don't know. I'm a tech guy. I love dialing in settings and fiddling. Just so unimpressed with my first turtle beach purchase.
