Takes another bout to connect to the turtle beach app as well my wired turtle beach headset is louder. Dissatisfied

Also you can update the firmware, but different settings like treble base and mids cannot be accessed I also own an iPhone 8 which is apparently is too old to download the turtle beach app on. The controls on the side of the headphones are very indistinguishable making it hard to find the right button or volume wheel to get your sound just right quickly making you second-guess which button or volume wheel you are touching. But the most frustrating part of owning these headphones were the fact that after less than two hours of use they stopped working. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THESE HEADPHONES
