The turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2’s sound amazing and are super comfortable and completely wireless, they connect just like the controllers and can connect to your phone simultaneously if you want. Awesome headset!

I like them a lot so far. Nice not to be tethered to the controller. The sound is pretty good and you can change game and chat volume separately. It’s nice that it is Bluetooth connection so you can use it with phone or tablet too, but it connects via Xbox so that turns on every time you turn headset on.

The best thing is they directly connect to the Xbox like the old Xbox 360 days when this was done, no dongles, passthrough audio ports, or connection through controller. The app to make adjustments is also nice and being able to take phone calls with the same headset nice as well. Over all a great headset with just a few odd points. 1) The cooling effect does not last very long when wearing but does work each time you put on 2) you don't hear your self in the audio chat at all (it seems weird but normally you can hear yourself a bit in most headsets, the isolation is complete on this one so takes some getting use to) 3) instead of Volume level and then mix wheel, chat and game have independent volume controls (again different from most in industry so an adjustment) 4) Finally, because they are using the 2.4 GHz bandwidth to connect directly to Xbox, if you have your system behind a wall or tucked away and near you router (like in my setup) you can get some interference from the 2.4 GHz from time to time, clears up though if you just temporary suspend you 2.4 GHz broadcasting from the router. Just these few quirks keeps it from getting a 5 star.

Purchased for a friend who needed new gaming headphones and these were recommended. She loves them! Comfortable, good sound, charge lasts a long time. And didn't have to spend a fortune. Shipping/delivery was fast and convenient.

Disconnecting from Xbox Constantly

My son has had these for 2 weeks. Good feel and sound but...
They are constantly disconnecting from his Xbox. He has had no issues with his Xbox controller until these headphones. Now they both disconnect multiple times and he has to power the headset off and back on. Not sure what's causing this or what to do to troubleshoot. Any tips?

At first I was in love with this headset. But very quickly I hated it.
Originally the sound was great, mice worked perfectly and it felt good to wear.
BUT- it had constant issues of the audio in the headset would spike to this obnoxiously high pitched screeching sound at complete random for no apparent reason.
I worried it was just bad luck with the headset I got and went for an exchange. Sadly the second headset was no better. In fact the random screeching sound started sooner than the previous one.
Not worth the price for something that's determined to give you a horrendous headache. :(

I traded up from the older Stealth 600 and love this headset. I'm able to use Bluetooth from a device and my Xbox at the same time. It is very comfortable and the sound is amazing.

So far great headset. Sound quality is excellent and the speakers can get loud, I had no issues pairing and love the wireless capabilities. Couple issues for me is ear pocket is a little small for me, headset is a little tight and there has been some intermittent sound level issues. But overall I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Coming from an older wired Turtle Beach headset, the wireless on these is great. Tried pairing with an Xbox One X and a Xbox Series X and had no problems with either. The mic is super clear and the bass is deep and powerful!

Great headphones. I had been using Turtle Beach XP500 for years and they were great and never gave me any problems, I just thought it was time to upgrade. These headphones are AWESOME! Sound quality is great, microphone is great, comfort is really great. I like the flip up microphone, I had read some comments about the mic not being flexible and able to moved closer to your mouth, but I have not noticed any problem with the mic picking up sound. If anything it picks up too much. I have to mute it when I take a drink cause I can hear it. The only thing I would change is if you could default to turn on the super hearing on start up (cause that is all I use). But one button push turns it on so no big deal. Get these you will not be dissappointed.

That cooling gel earcups are quite good. When you put them on you'll fell it right away. Sounds good, comfortable enough, large earcups make it a good fit for everyone. Easy to pair, good battery life.

I love the customization settings and superhuman hearing is superb for gaming. I dislike the crackle in the headset when things get too intense. Sounds like the connection is breaking. Hopefully a future firmware update will fix that because it is very annoying. Overall I like this headset but it's not what I expected for the price.

Sound quality is great and you are able to adjust multiple settings in the app. Fold down mic is really convenient. It is a little tight on the head but the memory foam pads on the ears are pretty comfortable.

Have tried several different headsets. None are perfect. The one that comes the closest is this one. It also is the best sounding one. In my house, sound does cut out or get distorted every once in a while hence the 4 stars instead of 5. It is also the most comfortable.

Great ear cushion. Sound quality is a lot better and the 20hr battery life per charge is definitely a huge upgrade from last generation as well as the mic. Only draw back is the headset is a little tight.

I like this headset alot. The build, the quality, very user friendly. The one reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because there are times the headset disconnects and reconnects on it's own. Besides that it has its own Audio hub app so that you can configure the settings to your preference.

Main thing I was looking for was a good sounding headset with a good mic. This headset meets all of those requirements. However, the headset tends to fit tight on my head and is much less comfortable than the razer nari I use with my PlayStation. Overall though it's a great headset for the price.

AmazIng Sound!!!! This headset is always amazing, just cheap materials sadly. Love that you don’t have to waste a USB port for the dongle and you can change it anywhere you have a USB plug-in. Drawback part, when you turn it on to use it for anything else and you’re within range, it auto-turns on the Xbox, at least Series X. Turn off Xbox, turns off headset. Only way to make it not turn on Xbox if you want to use it on ANYTHING else, is to unplug your Xbox X. Like if you want to watch a movie on your laptop or use it for working, your Xbox will turn on. Just a really bad feature that I have yet to find out how to turn off. And I’ve checked everywhere. There’s a newer version out now, have to see if it does the same thing.
