Hot piece of garbage

This thing is the cheapest feeling piece of garbage I’ve ever had the pleasure of using.. Constant issues on both Xbox one and Xbox series x . The Bluetooth is terrible, mic made of cheap plastic, the app is a joke and to top it all off. It only works half the time.. it finally did me a favor and fell apart. I WAS a turtle beach fan since I was a kid.. but this was a waste of money.

This takes comfort to the next level
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am a casual gamer, but I spend a ton of time on my computer working, these are absolutely fantastic for gaming compared to my old headphones, which has never been the most important to me. But, I feel like I've been missing out by not owning these. I have a nice pair of over the ear headphones with noise cancelling and such but now that my work has moved us all home I am always wearing my glasses and that has changed how comfortable those other ones are during a long day. These on the other hand may not be noise cancelling but they definitely silence the world when you put them on and the glasses comfort they claim is for real. They are extremely nice looking, no RGB lights or audacious colors here; which makes it really nice to have meetings in. I've found that earbuds and other mics work, but other people don't always catch everything; these on the other hand make you come through loud and clear. I enjoy this for both work and games. I love that the boom mic mutes when you put it up, it look me a little bit to be able to find it consistently every time without feeling around. The sound quality is awesome. I guess the only thing I could wish for in this was I asked myself I wonder what this would sound like plugged into my phone with the Quad DAC. But it is wireless only, I tried the USB C port on my phone, but it is only for charging. Pros: Sound Quality Glasses compatibility Xbox Wireless and Bluetooth Customizable buttons immersive sound Subtle design Quick mute with Boom Mic Volume Wheel vs buttons Awesome for gaming and work USB C Charging Solid build Cons: UBC is charging only (may not be a con to most people) On the heavy side for headphones That's all I got, I love these things and can easily recommend buying them for work, play, or both.

Dead after 3 months

The clarity along with different eq settings was great. However. After just 3 months, they no longer work. While in use, i heard a beep then nothing. The solid red charging led light is on all the time, I charged them for 12 hours but the light will not go out and they will not power on. I've used Turtle Beach for years. The Stealth 700 gen 2 at 150.00 was a huge waste of money. For that price I expected a product that lasted longer than 3 months.

On that note; due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers.

Disappointed from the start.

Had constant issues with it from the start and not even 10 months later, they barely work. Signal cuts in and out losing sound for minutes at a time. Huge waste of money. Would have to constantly restart discord for it to even read them and for the same price point, you can find something far more reliable.

Great if you don't have wifi or love robots

Audio drops and the headset turned off and on. I didn't even use them an hour and decided to return them. It's not the headphones though, ant headset with direct connect has this problem. You either need to use an older Xbox one controller, mess with your router or both. Get a USB connected if you don't want issues. (Arctis 7x, arctic 1, ls15x, ls50x, audeze penroze x)

Wouldn't recommend.

For the price of $150, the overall quality isnt that great but I stuck through with them. I have had major connection issues with bluetooth and the xbox connections after a few months, and at this current point, no matter what I do, I cannot connect bluetooth and I cant connect them to another xbox.

Bad Device for Xbox Series X

Other might work better than I describe.*** When I was using this with my headset for some reason when I didn't move my Controller it started cutting the audio of party and game in and out. It was really annoying having to move my controller all the time. The thing that really mad me return it though was the charging. It was so hard to figure out the battery status because it kept giving me a incorrect status on the battery charge.

Dead on arrival - like many others

I bought these for my son for Christmas and they would not turn on at all. After searching for solutions online, I see many many reports of these being DOA or dying almost immediately. This isn't a fluke, it's bad quality control or a flat out bad design. For this price, an out of the box failure shouldn't even be a possibility. Even with a replacement, how could I trust in the overall quality of this product after reading so many other DOA reports?

Scratching Noises

Even after downloading the hub on my phone, nothing I messed with fixed the scratching problem. If they can get this part fixed, it would be an amazing mic.
