A excellent headset. I returned the steel series that is made for PS5 for being to comfortable. This headset is the perfect combination of coziness and style.

Great headset. Have this for my Xbox also. Mainly got them because old headsets wouldn't be compatible with new Xbox and ps5. Have tested on ps4 pro and had zero issues. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

They work really well but the plastics breaks really easy when you spread them out to put them on definitely need warranty

I have owned 20+ headsets in the past 5 years and they range from cheap headsets to $400 plus headsets and this one beats them all! The Stealth 700 Gen 2 is built specifically for gaming and there are 2 varieties (PS and Xbox). It can also be used with Nintendo switch while in docked mode. First of all, these headsets work with anything that is Bluetooth capability, but have specific capabilities for Ps4 and the upcoming Ps5. What's in the box: - Stealth 700 Gen 2 headset - USB to USB- C charging cable - Quick setup guide - USB Bluetooth nano transmitter Build quality: The build quality is very good and comparable to higher price headphones. The frame is made of matte black plastic with soft touch and the band is an adjustable metal band which clicks every time you expand it. The padding for the head and ears is made of memory foam and it is very comfortable even after hours of wearing. The ear pads are removable and replaceable if you needed to. The placement of the buttons is very good and well thought of. The mic is on the left side and if you flip it back to place it automatically mutes the mic and it doesn’t get in the way. The headset has a tilt movement at the ears where you can tilt the ear pieces left or right until you find the perfect position on your face. The ear cups are made of pleather or fake leather and I find the thickness of the ear cups perfect and again, very comfortable to wear for long hours. They also keep your ears cool and they can be used while wearing glasses with no issues at all. Headset weight: although these are wireless headsets with 20 hour play time on a single full charge, they are relatively light and didn’t cause any discomfort while wearing them to play or during conference calls. Sound quality: The sound quality is great and very clear with high highs and very low lows. the sound is so immersive while wearing this headset, and the mic is very clear when using it for chat and very low latency rate. The sound and mic features can be configured by downloading the turtle beach app. The app has many features and presets that can get you to your desired setting and you can use the mappable button on the headset to move between the eq profiles and a dial to change between functions. Connectivity: This headset is very easy to connect via Bluetooth enables devices and also via the USB Bluetooth transmitter and it is plug and play. It also supports multiple connections with the device at the same time. Battery life: I was able to get close to 18 hours of mixed use of this headset on a single charge. This is so under-rated and it is a huge pro for this headset at this price point. Conclusion: I can’t recommend this enough as it has it all at a great price.

They are coming apart at the earphone area. They are poorly made.

I love them but one of the ear attachment broke, I can pop it back in the arm piece but it pops right back out once I take the them off my head

Headset lasted maybe a solid 3 months before i had friends and family telling me either voice is distorted or just plain cant hear me. I also can tell when my headset is messing up as I can hear the game audio cutting out. Very sad as they are in very good condition.. TRASH I GUESS.

I have the 600 series as well and the sound clarity is night and day. I unfortunately can’t use these anymore lol. Good problem to have I guess. Battery life is excellent, COD friendly (you hear everybody’s footsteps) , nice bass rumble, clear and crisp game chat, this is a great buy. You can switch between PlayStation and Xbox systems from the USB.

This headset is the biggest waste of money. Even when its updated, it still cuts out randomly. Ive had mine for 4 months and the plastic on the left ear piece is broken already. Buying this headset was a major mistake. Avoid this product at all costs.

This product is defective, had it for one month and won’t turn back on. Don’t waste your money read about it everyone’s complaining about this issue. They are defective It’s plugged in and not turning on

First of all, I haven't had good luck with wireless headsets in the past. I recently tried several Bluetooth headsets and have been so thoroughly disappointed with them that I've had to default to my trusted wired set every single time... Enter Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2... Wow! Upon opening the package you can see that the packaging was given care as it all appears to be recyclable and cradles the components snugly and securely. I then took the headset out, plugged it in to get it charged and then downloaded the Turtle Bay app to update the firmware and upgrade the drivers. Once all of that was taken care of, I plugged the USB receiver into my PC and started to game. It was immediately apparent that this headset is crafted with gaming in mind. The headband is very comfortable and the entire unit is lighter than it looks. It also fit well over my ears and it felt comfortable even with my glasses on. And the sound... I could NOT hear any latency or lag whatsoever. They performed exactly as my high end wired headset. Super impressive! It reproduces sound with extreme clarity and precision. You can hear distant footsteps and subtle sounds so clearly that no one was able to sneak up past me, not even when trying to be silent. All sounds were spot on in spatial perception as well so you can discern where every sound is coming from. I am very impressed by their range as well, since it has good bass, midrange and high sound reproduction. I did have to turn the sound down a bit during heavy activity (multiple explosions and shots from different positions) to keep the clarity without distortion. Battery life is extremely good since I've used them for 3 gaming sessions spanning 2-3 hours each and it still shows half battery life. The buttons can be felt with your fingers and it has 2 scroll wheels, one for volume, the other allows for user customization. The microphone swings up for muting and down for talking. My voice came through loud and clear according to others in the servers. My only critiques are: The exterior of the headset feels "plasticy" and doesn't a quality finish that I expect from higher end headsets. The other is that I can't get the volume scroll bar on my keyboard to adjust the volume of the headset, which means taking my hand off the keyboard to adjust the scroll wheel, but since there are 2 of them, I have fiddled with the wrong one by mistake more than once. Other than that, I am extremely pleased and will continue to use it because I love the freedom of finally being free of wires. Highly recommended.

For the price, this set has a lot of good features. Comfortable, with Bluetooth, app adjustments and USB-C charging, this is a solid headset for the money. Sound quality is also above average, although they could use a little more volume. But, I can’t help comparing them to by Steelseries 7’s, which for the same price I prefer if you are willing to part with Bluetooth and the nice, small USB connector this set has.

Definitely one of the best headsets for this price range. The comfort is great with premium earpads with cooling gel and glasses notches. The headset has plenty of adjustment with 2 axis of swivel. The headband has a super comfy cushion. The mic isn't as adjustable as a boom mic, but it picks up my voice very clearly. I like having the sidetone to be able to hear myself and keep my voice down during heated comms. The icing on the cake is the Bluetooth connection that allows me to use my phone while gaming. Mostly I use discord when gaming with Twitch streamers. Also, being able to use the app on the phone to edit settings and even change the function of the second dial feels really premium. I recommend using the TB signature sound for powerful and clear audio. Works great for action packed campaigns but also clear enough to locate enemies during intense online matches. The charge lasts all day and charges quickly and easily using USB c cable.

Sounds great and the ear foam covers and headband are very comfortable. The battery last for hours. If you happen to have a low battery it will charge back up quickly.

This Gen 2 Stealth 700 Series headset from Turtle Beach is a fantastic gaming headset for PlayStation. I've owned everything from PlayStation's "official" headset which was fairly decent and more recently I've been using a headset from a competing brand which was much better. However, this headset is yet another step up. I had a few hiccups with the setup that caused the headset to say it was connecting but I had no sound. I don't know exactly what was causing the issue but a simple power cycle seemed to get everything going in the right direction. Once I got everything set up, I fired up my PS4 and went straight for Modern Warfare Warzone. I was very impressed. The first thing I noticed was the effectiveness of the noise cancellation feature. It is very good. With previous headsets I've had to have the volume louder to be sure I could hear the game/teammates; not with this headset. It does make it easier to hear subtle sounds as well. The two different sound modes were definitely different and it's easy to switch between both with a press of the button on the headset. I found the "enhanced" mode that accentuates higher frequency sounds too overdone for my liking. I could see how it would be useful for tracking enemy sounds and sound direction but it almost completely wipes out bass sounds and so everything sounds very "bright". I really enjoyed the boom mic being short and not intruding on my field of vision and a simple flip up mutes it rather than searching for another button on the headset. Lastly, fit and finish seem extremely high quality. I was very impressed with the adjustment for head size. Comfort is very good with very thick, soft ear pads and plenty of room for me without feeling like my head is stuck in something too small. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a high quality, wireless headset.

These are the hands down TB best headset. I been using TB since the Xbox 360 days and man have they improve a lot since the X32 which were the worst headset they ever made. These are comfortable, sound great, have Bluetooth, and are glasses friendly. Best thing about them for me is that 20 hour battery and Bluetooth. Step up from slealth 700 gen 1. Had them for almost a year now and they still work great and they even fix a crackling issue you’d get on the ps5 UI. Is not even there any more. Now they’re a 10/10 for me.

This is one of the first gaming headsets that I really like. Of course the Bluetooth connectivity is table stakes these days. I love that it comes with a Mini-USB transmitter as well. But something that’s always given me problems in the past is that I wear glasses when I’m working on my computer. They designed the ear pads on this set to account for that and did a great job in doing so. I’m now using this headset for both gaming on my PS4 AND for working on my Mac! Even though I bought this originally for the PS, I love the fact that I got it to sync on my Mac and can use it for both.
