The headphones work well with the PlayStation 4 and 5. The hearing and microphone volume controls are nice. The microphone sounds clear. I use the included usb dongle with the PlayStation. I have not tried using it with my PC. The ear cuffs are comfortable. The only issues I have had is with the quality of the headphones. They are not as durable as older models. The specific issue is where the ear pieces attach on each side. The ear piece with the microphone broke on the first pair I bought within a few months. I swapped the pair out under warranty. The replacement pair had the same issue less than a year later. The plastic broke on the ear pieces inside the headphones (side with microphone). I think the quality should be better with the high price of the headphones. There is no way to repair.

So picture this. You are playing Horizon Zero Dawn with these bad boys on. You are immersed in your objective and plugging away. Suddenly, your wife (who is 25 feet away from you) cuts her finger.... BADLY. She is in need of stitches. She is screaming for you. And you. hear. NOTHING. Not a sound makes it through the immersive audio tickling your auditory system. don't worry, my kids got my attention and we stitched up my wife's finger. But yeah, these things work.

Good headphones but too costly for what it is. I ended up returning them to get the new PS5 headphones which is $50 cheaper and lighter. These headphones feel comfortable though, I’ll give them that. The quality was decent and the cooling was nice around the ears. Just too costly for what it is.

Is a very nice headsets fits and feels good enough and lets you be comfortable knowing that it wont easily brake, I played many games on it and absolute love the sound and was able to clearly hear where everything was coming from. Highly recommended I used it for almost a whole month. But it wont take my 5 star as of now because in between the updates that Turtle Beach gives you for the headset mines just completely broke down somehow the software that I install on it just made my headsets not been able to turn on connected to power/ or connected directly to the Turtle Beach app on my computer ( which I downloaded straight from the their website, so it was not a third-party or an unknown developer ) but other than that I would highly recommend it to anyone whos looking for a new set of Headset, i my self enjoy the time it work and would buy them again for my PS5, but I don't want to take the risk of them braking again with a software for now I will wait until Turtle Beach reply to me and explain to me what happened to them.

These are super comfortable. The dual audio hook up allows for them to connect to your phone and console at the same time which is awesome. They are really comfortable and sound amazing.

These headphones are a huge step up from my previous pair! I wear glasses and don't experience any issues comfort wise when wearing them. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because of the app. I never really use now, but when I did use the app, it had a tendency to be buggy. Another downside is if you decide to use the custom equalizer preset, you would have change the equalizer to how you want it to sound via the app EVERYTIME YOU TURN ON THE HEADPHONES. It got really annoying to a point that I left it on the bass boost preset. But other than those 2 things, these headphones are well worth the price. I really like that they can pair to my phone via Bluetooth on top being paired to my PS4 via USB. The transition from online party to phone call and vice versa is really smooth and the person I'm calling can hear me without any issues whatsoever.

This headset is awesome and works very well with my PS5. The immersive sound experience is unlike any other headset I have worn, plus it fits over my ears and glasses seamlessly. The battery life holds up very well and it notifies you when you turn it on where your battery life stands at that moment. I also enjoy the mic functionality, where if you have it away, you are muted and when you pull it down towards your mouth it unmutes. Occasionally it takes a minute or two to pair with the usb that you put in the console, but this is a barely noticeable as this usually occurs during the console boot up.. Overrall, I am very satisfied.

Headset is extremely comfortable. The sound is nice and punchy, great bass and treble. If you have any of the USB ports taken up try connecting the reciever to a port by itself if not then there will be interference and the headset will keep cutting in and out

They are fantastic. I wear glasses and I can wear these headphones for hours without any discomfort. The sound is tremendous. I play alot of Fallout 76 and in the intro is a single bass note. You not only hear it, you feel it. I love that the microphone flips up to shut off. I use that feature whenever I am rudely interrupted. I have not made any adjustments to the sound. I have not paired it with my phone. I see no reason to. The sound is great right out of the box. The quality is outstanding. Every single part of these headphones feel like they will last a lifetime.

I tested this headset out of multiple headsets,hyper x flight 2,sony pulse 3d,steel series 7p,corsair 7.1.and i found myself coming back to these headset, because the sound and comfort is the best out of all them.the Bluetooth features,the turtlebeach hub to adjust the equalizer and software updates are easier to do then the others.but one annoying thing is the static noise on the home screen on my ps5 I hear but I don't hear it in game hopefully a software update comes to fix it.outside of that, there best bang for thats available honestly.

Best headphones to date. I’ve been using them since they released for my everyday gaming and they still work as new. Keeping up with the app for updates is the only thing to remember.

Best headphones on the market for the price. You can hear everything with these on. Bluetooth feature is great for taking calls.

I've been using the Sony 3D Pulse headphones with my Playstation 5 and they are pretty good. To be fair, they are pretty inexpensive. However, I decided to try these and they are better in every way (for me.) MUCH more comfortable, they just feel more substantial, sound is great, battery power is very good, and the controls are easy to get to and use while wearing the headset. Also, no interference from any other electrical devices or other wireless devices. Overall, a very nice upgrade from the Sony 3D headset.

This headset is good most especially for the price. If your concerned about this headset having 3D audio, it does, this is a good alternative from the pulse 3D. The fit, at least for me, is not that comfortable. I have a big head and big ears so it’s sort of a recipe for disaster for me due to how this headset really clamps down on your head. From the gen 1 to the gen 2, it’s a very noticeable improvement most especially in the battery life and a better build quality. Now between this and the arctis 7 id take the arctis 7 strictly for the fact that comfort is way better and sound quality is better. But the turtle beach is is worth the $150 price point since it has Bluetooth and an app wheee you can customize your audio and controls on.

I have been a huge turtle beach fan for many years. My last ones broke at the swivel for the ear piece and upset me. This has happened to me for the second time in two years. I ended up purchasing the Sony wireless headphones as temp fix and the sound quality was not the same but it did the job until I decided what I wanted to buy. I ended up settling with these and so far things have been good. Sound quality is great and eat cups fit great. Only downside is that after about 2 hours the ears get hot. And every now and again the headphones won’t pair correctly and need to be reset to connect right. But overall the battery life has been good and sounds great. Let’s see how long these last.

Great comfort excellent sound quality easy to use also has app to download easy to use and customize your experience

Realistic sound and long charge life. Only complaint would be how there’s a lag with pairing. A thunderstorm on a game sounded like I was really there. I also like the retractable mike.

Great headphones, all around good quality for price and will last you a long time if you take good care of them :)
