After some initial issues I'm really liking this headset. Sound quality is very good for diaphragm drivers, plus the straight forward EQ in the app makes it easy to dial the sound profile in without being overly complicated. Kind of wish there was a physical mute switch versus flip to mute but a pretty minor complaint over all. Probably one of the most comfortable headsets I've warn that doesn't have a floating headband design. The big issue is the updates/multiple receivers. You can only do firmware updates via the mobile app, which is already a really dumb choice for a PC compatible headset, and BOTH dongles need to be plugged in and powered on in order for the update to start. This can get really annoying, however I've found you can slot both transmitters into a single PC and it will work even though one of the dongles is encoded for Xbox. I did also have an issue with the USB transmitter on the first pair I bought, tried everything to get it working but it just would not be recognized by my PC so I think it was defective. New pair has not had any issues with that thankfully. Well worth it if you can catch a sale that drops it below 200, other wise there's just better options around that price range

I had Sony Pulse and a different turtle beach for the XBOX. Really got tired of switching headsets when I was switching systems, now all it takes is pressing 1 button. Now I can game on my Xbox and be in the party with my PS5 boys through the PS app. Audio quality is elite, and comfortable on my ears (i wear glasses) . Top tier!

Honestly I bought the wrong one at first due to how small the writing was on package. I returned it a week later and I would say best buy made my mistake completely painless. I really appreciated how quickly the whole process went. As for the headset once I had proper one, it worked across all platforms xbox/ps5 and was super easy to setup. They sound wonderful and last quite awhile on a charge

Amazing sound quality nice rumbley bass not too much bass and not too little. Battery quality is outstanding. They are not too tight to lose. They are just right as well as being light and not clunky. The quality of materials used are definitely a four star five star packaging quality was also amazing.

This new turtle beaches are awesome. They fit good over the ears and can actually wear glasses comfortably. The Bluetooth addition is a plus, now you can take a call without having to stop from playing your best games.

Coming from using Astros for years, this was definitely a different experience. Only complaint/non complaint is they are a little too good! Always had sensitive hearing and on these I actually run them pretty low because they are so loud and clear. The Swarm app is great for customizing different settings for different games. Only issue I have found is sometimes I have to put the mic up and back down again when I first turn them on. If I have it down when I turn them on, it sometimes one pick up. Other than that 10/10

Easy to connect to Xbox. Easy to use. Sound is great. Mic works great. Have two sets and love them both. Customer support was good when transmitter went bad, emailed them and they shipped a new one right away.

Theyre great, amazing sounds quality, amazing mic, no echo, long lasting battery charge maybe once every 2 weeks, only problem i have is they are alittle heavy which wouldnt be a problem if the pad on the band was alittle thcker so it cushioned alittle more, after a few hours of gaming (like 3 or 4) where it sits it starts to hurt

Very good sound quality for both game volume and party chat. They're not kidding on the sound cancelation. Put these on and I can barely hear the person sitting next to me talking. Super easy to hook up to the xbox and it holds a good charge. They are very comfortable to wear and seem to be more durable than the previous models. The only reason I'm not giving this a five star is because the volume controls are a bit frustrating to get use to. The instructions it comes with are vague and just about every youtube reveiw video I've watched skips over the volume controls. Over all though these are one of the best headsets I've owned regardless.

Absolutely love this headset the pads make it comfortable to wear and not so heavy or tight. Audio is out of this world with better noise cancellation from the outside. Mic is also very good and the usb sticks make it easy to switch between consoles for whichever one you use!

Great sound quality I like that you can have up to two Bluetooth devices at once but after a month I was no longer able to connect two things at once only one and if I want to reconnect one of them I have to forget it and repair with it. Also the microphone after a month has become slightly static which isn’t that big of a deal but considering I’ve only had it for 3 months now seems concerning.

Had these a year got them as a xmas gift last year! love them! they are high quality and are the best headphones I have had for gaming they hook to multiple things at one time ie phone game etc and the noise reduction is stellar

My Husband really loves this Headset. He said he prefers Turtle beach. They were a good price and very good quality.

Easy to connect to console right out of the box and has great sound along with separate dials for Game audio and party chat audio.

The sounds absorbing is really good very comfortable mic pics up my voice well, the audio mixer on the head set is awesome, over all a very good headset it feels durable too. I have had issues with my Bluetooth not connecting to my phone restarting the head set and even my phone sometimes would help but other than that its a great set

Sound quality is good. Ability to listen to two separate devices at once is a game changer. Battery life is also amazing.

I’ve been gaming for 20+ years and I’ve never used a gaming headset. I’ve always used cheap wired headphones connected to a controller just to use chat features. My buddy decided to start gaming and he wanted a headset, so I went with him to look around. He found these and his face said it all.. This headset is noise canceling, super comfortable, compatible with multiple devices, and super easy to use. Being able to hear other players walking around and tune out outside noise has significantly improved my gaming experience; it almost feels like you’re in the game. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a new headset. Worth every penny.

Headset awesome with the noise canceling, and the bass. Finally i can have music in my ear while talking to the gang and the game. Long battery life (use about 3 hours a day more or less) updates are easier to do compared to previous Turtle Beach headsets. On the heavier side if ypu wear it for longer than a hour imo
