Headphones are not up to par with price and value, they wouldn't even help with the exchange.

This headset is ok but has to much interference, my Turtle beach X-ray was way better than this one, I believe this one is a little overpriced even with the sale price I paid at the time.

great to finally find a headset that is truly wireless, no wires at all, not even to connect to the controller. only issue I have had is with the audio on occasion it seems to get interference, often noticeable with in-game music.

They seemed to be very nice headphones but for some reason I got a lot of static on them. Seems to be something in my house since I have problems with other devices as well. Returned for wired headset.

Terrible distortion. Connection was in and out. I think headphones sounded better in the 90s...

I have always been a fan of Turtlebeach but lately their quality has gone down hill. They felt cheap and every time I took them off I felt like I was going to break them. After two days of use they made this awful static noise that annoyed all of my friends in party. Save your money and get something else.

I read the reviews for the headset, but went ahead and got it anyways, because of the black Friday sale, and there was some even newer firmware updates than most the reviews mentioned. All in all, when the headset works, it's great. The issue is at least once a play session either the microphone screws up, and my friends say I sound like a robot, or the incoming audio screws up and either sounds distorted or just cuts off intermittently. I think Microsoft is working with Turtle Beach and they really want the headset to work well, as it's as far as I'm aware the first Xbox Wireless headset (using the same protocol as the controllers to sync to xbox etc.). I think this because I got a message from Xbox Live saying "hey, we think you're using one of these 2 headsets (stealth 600 or 700) these get constantly better, make sure you go update the firmware" Anyways, point being, maybe some future firmware update will remove the last of my issues with it, and the headset will be great. I'm not sure I can wait for that, as it gets pretty annoying to turn off and on frequently, so may end up returning mine.

Great headphones. After a little work around(plus I don't know how to edit my last review), the latency issue and disconnection were caused by various factors. One was the interference with the router, had to switch off 2.5 frequency of my router(due to the headphones ability to run in 2.5 and 5). Second was upgrade my Xbox one to Xbox one S knowing that the S has better controller connection, so I figured that it would help too. They also sound great with Dolby atmos. Pros: confortable, wireless, sound Cons: if router is to close will need to be thinker with. And in my opinion not meant for the original Xbox one.
