Purchased open box item, I suspect the previous owner bought it to replace a bad battery since one was dead. Called manufacturer, they sent a new battery no questions asked and was at my house in 5 business days. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy another since manufacturer stands behind their product. The headset is also very solid, battery life is ridiculously long and it alerts you via a tone 1 hour before the battery goes bad so you can switch out in between rounds. Battery charges on base so you can easily switch out to a full charge. Also works with ps5/pc. Great headset and amazing sound quality/noise cancelling/mic clarity.

Great headset so far. I like the fit and feel of the headphones. They fit snug and the clamping force is comparable to the stealth 700 gen 2s. I would say that you will need to tweak the eq settings in the app to hear the difference in sound compared to other headsets above the $100 mark. The anc feature that tgis headset provides is very nice and blocks out enough sound to elevate your gaming experience. I would recommend purchasing these headphones when they go on sale.

They are nice but they aren’t worth $350. I’d say more like $250. They sounds great. They are comfortable. My friends can hear me clearly. My main reason for 4 stars is connection issues. Sometimes they don’t connect and I gotta turn them off and back on. Or it will take a bit before they connect when the Xbox turns on and sound will blare through my tv because I forgot to turn the sounds off,

Great headset for gaming. I use the primary on the Xbox Series x and they work great no issues. Has multi-connectivity with Bluetooth which works great. I have the receiver plugged in the Xbox and Bluetooth with my laptop. Works great on iphone also. Two batteries are great because I game so munch that I change batteries a couple times a week. Headset is conformable with long gaming sessions but it seems the weight distribution is uneven with one side being heaver than the other. Cushions really nice material, doesn't look like it will peel. Turtle beach app and application work actually good for me compared to other reviews. Not a single issue I can think of.

I decides to splurge a little when I got this. I was hesitant about the price tag but after using it for a little while and messing with settings on the app, i would definitely recommend it. Great audio, good mic quality, feels comfortable on my head, ling battery life and quick battery swapping when it is low. So many good things to say about this headset. Not to mention it connects to your ohone as well so you can watch bideos or listen to music etc. on your phone easilly. One negative I do have to point out, if you are using it on Xbox primarily over PC, it is a little annoying to swap it over to PC and get it updated, as you can only do updates on PC. Would recommend and buy again.

My only real gripe about this is not having two dedicated volume buttons for game and chat. The other headset from TB has it and I loved being able to easily change that around. Now you have to use the app as a mixer to change that, which adds steps and just isn't as convenient. Moving beyond that the sound has been great and battery life has been amazing. In the time since I've purchased this I've only had to switch the battery over a couple of times. Sound quality has been consistently great and I have no real problems with it. The active noise canceling does a good job of blocking out an air conditioner that was just a few feet away and the mic cancelled out enough of it that people on the other end didn't hate me. Which I'd call a win. Also, having a storage bag to keep it in is rather nice. Is this for everyone? It isn't. But if you can find it during a decent sale it is suddenly very worth it.

Super comfortable and adjustable. Battery really long lasting and the audio is freakin good it makes you feel like you in the game. You can also pair to your phone and instead of having on side to ear to hear your phone.

The best Game Headset I've purchased ever. Yes, the price is high but what you are getting is a headset that is versatile, comfortable, sound is incredible, and the ability to never have to stop to recharge is huge. If you own Playstation 5 and xbox buy the xbox version it will work with both systems. You will also have the app to customize your sound. You will also be able to Bluetooth to your phone also. The only draw back is hooking it up tp a pc to do software updates. But thats it!

I got these headphones on sale and they sound very good, have an extra battery to change out and feel great! They check every box you would want for a headset, I would recomend them for sure.

Fantastic headset. A little buggy out of the box, but a quick update with its control app on a laptop or PC with fix it! (I recommend buying Wicked Cushions for these to maximize comfort, it makes the soundstage and comfort a million times better!) the control app makes the headset so customizable and easily one of the the best if not the best Xbox headsets to own

I have the TB gen 2 700. Loved the audio quality and battery life. The dongle that went into the Xbox went bad. Bought a set of RIG 700 to replace it. Friends complained about the mic being too quiet. After awhile the headset wouldn't connect to the dongle. Returned it and bought this headset. Great idea!!! I really like this headset. The app makes it easy to adjust the sound to your liking. Sound is great and loud. Easy to pair with my phone. The dongle is replaced by a puck. Much happier with this setup. My only complaint is the battery life. I get about 12 hours of play from one battery. It comes with 2 which is really nice. I have had it for 2 weeks and very happy with it! Very solidly made. Lots of metal instead of plastic. I recommend it if you can afford the price.

Great sound, can get loud, connects with multiple devices at once easily. Baytery lige is very good.

Love the headset, super comfortable and easy to wear for extended periods of time. Including the extra battery and being able to hot swap it is also a great feature. Headset gets plenty loud and sounds great for gaming and movies. Only negative I experienced was the lack of controls on the headset itself and having to do combination presses to adjust volumes. Definitely recommend though!

So i was on the fence between the Steel Series Artic Nova Pro and the Turtle Beach Pro. I ended purchasing both but these sound better than the steel series. They have more of a premium feel and the noise cancelling is better. Im not a fan boy, just wanted the best headset possible and these were even better than the Astros 50 X Lightning. I was able to purchase these on sale so it was the perfect purchase. Recommend to anyone who is looking for an update on their gaming headset. Note i had never purchased a Turtle Beach product before and i was upgrading from my old Steel Series artic 7s.

I bought these for my boyfriend, they were on sale at the time, but he loves them so much!! He previously had the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 gen 2 and he said these give you a better gaming experience! One of his favorite features is that it has noise cancellation and the mic only picks up his voice and not my show when im watching tv!! That part and so much more is adjustable! And also an honorable mention is how nice it is to have the swappable battery so that your headphones never have to be plugged in while gaming. They charge on the dock which also turns red while you’re muted so that you don’t waste 5 minutes talking to the boys and they didn’t hear a word you said lol.

It is a great headset and 10/10 comfort although I kept hearing white noise on my xbox which got annoying. Eveything else was awesome with it. You get a spare battery like the Artic Nova Pro wireless headset from Steelseries. The mic is also pretty good. Overall a great buy.

Got an excellent open box for over 50% off. Otherwise full retail is a bit pricy. Overall extremely happy with this headset. Only down side is battery life since it doesn’t live up to the 80hrs of battery my stealth 700 gen3 has. But it makes up for it by having a fast swapping battery and can be used while charging with cable. Charge port is on back side so it’s not in the way. Has great sound range. But mic tends to be held up by any Bluetooth device you have connected causing Xbox or pc to not pickup your voice unless you disconnect the Bluetooth device.

Turtle Beach really did a good job with this headset build quality to ease of use really stood out. Pros Loud sound Super Human Hearing helps with footsetps Build quality feels really good. Two batteries one you charge while the other you use. High bass for sure! Cons Unfortunately for me it sucks to say but maybe it was my pair that had this issue with a loud feedback sound mostly after a phone call. Not the very best for long gaming sessions the headset had some weight to it. The battery really made me worry i would play for say 2 hours in a day and need to switch them every day almost. My main reason for not keeping these came down to the feedback issue my son still had his pair and they work just fine.

The sound is phenominal. The full eq is awesome to tweak it how you need. They are very comfortable and have no issues with having them on for extended periods of time. The batteries are easy to swap in and out and I would say it’s maybe 5 seconds at most before sound come through again. I’ve enjoyed these while playing tarkov and while listening to music.
