To be honest, I’m very happy and proud to say that I purchased this control at Best Buy! I had this control since April 1 and it hasn’t given me no problems at all! The control is efficient and very good quality! The control help me play madden 24 more better! I can make an adjustments very fast! I’m so grateful and happy that I have this control! I just hope other people will take their time to invest in one of these control. The control is very good quality! I recommend this control to anybody! Especially if you’re a PC person! I’ve read some negative reviews before I purchased but I have used it for a little over a month so far and I have not had any issues at all.

Its easy to use feels great in the hands when playing games for 2 to 3 hour's led light are a nice touch love that it has a traveling case for on the go can play from my phone any time i want of i had to buy again i would

Not great. -Inconsistent input-lag (aim pulls to direction your thumb is directing but continues long after you've let go) -inconsistent vibration loss ( will lose vibration Mid-gunfight then randomly come back on again). -Battery life is 1/4 of what is advertised. (Lights on low & breathing mode [slow]) -controller screen is more of a Gimmick than an Aid to any sort of gameplay or Quality of Life. D-pad is very stiff and is not responsive to light/quick clicks. Must be firmly pressed everytime for a response. -menu button (Two square button) is located too close to the left thumbstick this creates an obstacle when trying to reach it. (Not a big deal but when a controller is 200$ and feels like a 1pound piece of plastic it starts to matter.) - companion app isn't great either. Has its own problems aside from the controller issues. This controller is a mid remote with a high end price.

Buy this controller, not connecting to Xbox without a receiver. It causes connection problems with Internet and game speed with controller. It’s not too bad to where you cannot enjoy yourself, but it will not match up with Xbox compatible controllers.

I love it halo effect analog, mouse like buttons I love everything about this.

First seen this controller, was in awe for a bit. Finally got my hands on one and its everything i wanted. From custom profiles to custom colors to match any RGB setups on your desk. Its difficult to use since its mouse click buttons but once you get used to it, itll feel like youre pressing on nothing.

After only a few months of owning the controller the joy sticks completely stopped registering full range of motion. Even after factory resetting it and attempting to recalibrate the left joystick on register down and left while the right joystick only register up and left. The 4 or 5 months that the controller worked was okay with a few situations of buggy software here and there. Do not buy.

This controller makes me happy :) pro aim is suuper useful. Everything about it is super useful. Also the fact that it turns any basic set of corded headphones with a mic in them into a premium headset with mic monitoring and spatial audio is fantastic. Be smart and get geek squad product replacement, at the end of the day it is still a game console controller and eventually it will break.

The controller often disconnects while playing and you have to pull out and plug back in the thumb stick to reconnect. The app dosent update it and it won't even stay connected to its own app. It will update through a separate Xbox app. Also my controller after 1 year the rubber grips peeled off revealing no glue.

Trash. Trigger broke in 8 months on original. Warranty replacement trigger broke in 8 months again. They don’t offer repairs and they don’t make replacement parts. Turtle Beach offered a 15% off coupon for my troubles.

This controller is amazing the back buttons feel amazing i went from the astro controller to this one and the difference is night and day the button feel on this is the best and the joysticks feel great

In the past i had the power a fusion pro and elite 2 controller this is by far the best in terms of premium feel and looks The RGB Lights look great im getting another when it goes on sale
