Can be a little frustrating to update, but eventually you figure it out. Just don't tell my wife how much I spent on it.

Just turn of the pilot assistance options for landing and takeoff in Microsoft flight simulator. At first i thought it was controls but it wasnt. They perform flawlessly!!!!

From the moment I connected and attempted a take off with probably 150+ souls on board. We crashed at take off due to the pitch up and down not working right out the box! Oh the humanity! I attempted to find a customer support phone number and was left with no option but to navigate through a lengthy process to leave a "message" with turtle beach support. Only to receive an email that "someone" will contact me within a couple of weeks. Needless to say, it's back at Best Buy. So sad, I was really looking forward to it. On the Turtle Beach side, they were going to replace it, but they wanted theirs back first instead of sending me a replacement with a label to ship the bad unit back. I don't have time to go through this 4-6 week process after spending nearly $400. I don't think I'll be buying another one.

Best Buy online sales experience has been getting worse over time. Customer Service are least helpful and provide canned apologies without any concrete solutions. Just told me to go to the store and return my item that I had been waiting for a few days! They cancelled my last transaction because they the item that was available sold out after I purchased it. They cancelled the order and kept my $15 in rewards, conveniently. Their customer service went in circles and wasted my time before apologizing and asking me to contact their core team for my reward points! I am a total rewards member and pay to be treated like dirt! No quality control while fulfilling orders and zero customer service! Stop complaining about losing business to online retailers when you fail to get your act together! Will be taking my business elsewhere!
