All the reviews are true. This thing is a piece of garbage. The people that like it are the ones that got the thing for free or sponsored by turtle Beach you can’t even make a review for this unless you actually dig to find the review spot on Best Buy. It took me quite a while to find a way to even review this product. When I received mine, I hooked it up. Did all the updates right away they don’t take as long as they say, but I started playing a game and I took notice during Forza. I couldn’t accelerate and I had no idea what was going on for a while, but then I started looking at the controls and every time you touch the gas it also hits the brake input same goes for the clutch, and then the brake always stays on just a little bit and in Forza if you have the break on a little bit it puts you in launch control so you can’t even play the game at all

Very professional wheel in my opinion. Only thing is to make sure to do your research on it. If using it for pc you are limited to very few games as of right now. However for xbox you can play whatever. The controls and amount of free play you have with this is great as of buttons and accessories. I have a few set up for start car, headlights, turbo, ext. just make sure you get it for what game you want and make sure it’s compatible for the price your paying. Overall pretty good.

Honestly if I paid full price I'd go with a fanatec bundle BUT for the sale price it's a great little machine, buttons are clicky, paddles are mint. Overall good construction. And a great step up from a Logitech G923 or thrust master. My gripe honestly is the force feedback, while powerful is still very inconsistent, I'll have corners that feel fantastic with all the detail that I need and expect to put down laps consistently and then on the next lap it feels like my wheel is almost limp in some cases very hard to dial in a good setup especially in longer stints, also the software is hit or miss on the wheel, sometimes it lags. also would really love to see an F1 or gt style wheel in the future. If it's on sale, full send. If not, I would explore maybe a fanatec wheelbase bundle and pay the little extra.

Works well but software is a bit lacking but it will get better. The quality is good feeling. I would like a bit more brake adjustments but it’s manageable

I would say it is a good product, good simulation of the response, but the motors tend to fail, and the product is not compatible with many games so i would rather a lot more going with the Logitech series.

They feel great and everything but I do feel the plastic behind the pedals is a big weakness

Honestly the wheel feels great in hand and feedback is smooth. The amount of customization within the LCD is great and pedals feel good for the price. After latest firmware update, product unusable in Forza Horizon 5 and Automobilista 2; the peripherals show they function but none of them register in game...so I returned the product.

The product works great and I would highly recommend it over other brands.

Build quality is really nice, works like it's meant to, every now and then the steering will feel "weightless" and acts a little funky though, Trying to adjust settings and see if it helps, will update review.

Received this as a gift for Christmas. First few uses were fine and things were fun. Initially the steering wheel was having issues and was able to get it corrected. Maybe a week or two later the screen stopped working and the steering wheel just spins left and right super fast non stop.

I wish it said on the box display that some of the future features downy work with Xbox only in pc mode

Over all good, fun to use, wouldnt let my kids use it though. Too violent when going off road haha! Was fun though.

Solid force feed back, make sure to update it.Overall much better than the Logitech base models

For it being turtle Beach it’s an amazing product. I have one complaint about it and that’s the pedal feel very touchy at times but other than that the force feedback is wonderful. The driving experience with it is very smooth. The side panel is a nice touch with mappable buttons everything about it is just really good for the pricepoint

Love this thing so much i bought 2 just to replace all my 923 logitechs and with the shifter you can buy seperate it is easy as plug and play. You can play not just racing but truck sims farming sims it covers all bases

Its not much really to say besides this device blows everything else out of the park….. by a long shot!!!! Turtle beach why did i wait so long to get this thing.

The assembly quality was poor Steering Wheel moved left and right by itself like crazy.

Built very well actuality made of a little metal but pricy.

I have little complaints for this setup. I was initially skeptical based on youtube reviews. Where i do see the concerns i think this wheen does a great job at its price point. Everything works well. Great feedback. I highly recommend at the 399 price point.
