Geek Squad came to my house with my new 98 inch TCL TV. It was pretty big, but the two guys managed to get it in the room I wanted no problem. They were super careful and polite. They asked where I wanted it, and I had some painters tape on the wall to give them an idea. I let them work, as I also had a wall mount for them to put up for the tv. I also had a power outlet that I bought and they put that in the wall to hide the cords. Very nice of them. They used a stud finder and marked where the wall mount shoud go to place the tv. They cleaned up the mess from putting the electric outlet in the drywall too. They noticed I didn't have any soundbar or speakers for the tv and asked if I needed some or had had the chance to get one. I was so busy I had forgotten to. Well they had the one I actually wanted on their truck so I got the soundbar and they sub woofer that day. How cool and lucky I was. Again, I let them work and after about 30mins, they were done and had the soundbar, sub woofer, and tv mounted on the wall for me to check out. They were downloading updates on the tv, and I had to get an app for the new soundbar so they helped me with that. When everything was done, they showed me the new soundbar and how good it was in dolby atmos, and double checked with me about the tv placement. I couldn't have been happier. I had a get together that day right as they got done, my friends started coming in and they were so impressed. Joe was my Geek Squad guy out in the Spartanburg/Greenville area. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with this experience. These 2 Geek Squad guys were Awesome. I got my sister a tv 4 Xmas and it's coming thursday and I hope I get the same guys. I even told the manager at the store how happy I was. Thanks guys. You Rock!

The best ever installation! They installed mounts, new TV (replaced my poor fantastic plasma that I burned blue image in), hung another TV I had, and answered my million questions. These two gentlemen we’re unbelievably fantastic, and never complained about my asking, asking, asking. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Best Buy.

Geek squad guys did a great job. In and out in 30 min and cleaned up after themselves. Even helped hook up the sound bar. Would use again. Bracket is great as it pulls out & tilts

Geek Squad delivered my tv. Installed based upon my preferences. The agent also explained different settings for the tv, and made sure we were all set before leaving. The process took less than an hour and was too easy. Thank you, Chris!

The agents mounted the tv in no time. They explained every step of the process and even helped me figure out what was best for my specific situation. They even left the wires nice and together. I cannot express how impressed I am.

Don’t ever use this service. I’ve been stuck in the “in transit” phase for over 2 weeks my TV’s are on the floor and I’ve calling every single day for the last 2 weeks a tech was supposed to come to install mount my tv’s 2 weeks ago on Saturday November 8 but never showed up neither did I ever get an update. At this point I don’t even want the service, I’ve been trying to get a refund for the last 3 days but they don’t even want to do that and they don’t want to send a tech out either, ive payed a total of 424.58$. I just want my money back at this point. I’ve wasted 2 weeks and got robbed out of 424$.

The geek squad agents did a phenomenal job measuring, drilling and mounting the flush Mount TV. They were meticulous in the install and made sure the TV was centered and the area was cleaned as they drilled.

The 2 Geek Squad guys who delivered my new TV were very good! They had to get creative to attach the new TV to my TV stand. They programmed everything and taught me how to use it. I wanted the PBS App which wasn't available on the LG TV. I watch it on my lap top and they showed me how to screen mirror so I could put it on the TV screen. Very happy about that!

Really impressed with this mount. It moves very easily, even with my 85" mounted to it. It comes out from the wall and swings left to right with ease. Impressed with this mount! I also let the BestBuy crew deliver and mount this for me. I generally would do this myself, but I am glad I used them. Quick, professional and friendly. Very satisfied!

It was worth every penny. We had an uneven stone wall and they mounted it perfectly in an hour.

Big shout out to Wyatt and Andrew! They arrived on time and mounted a new TV upstairs, new soundbar, and old tv in the basement.
