Don’t like that i didn’t have the option to adjust it if i didn’t like it the first time. They said "you only paid for 1 mounting". Yeah, if i’d hired someone myself, they’d do the job until I was fully satisfied. Fortunately for them it worked out, but i didn’t like this attitude.

The TV mounting was done professionally and perfectly! I am so happy with this experience, it saved so much frustration if I tried to do it myself. I bought a new TV and the mount I originally bought didn't fit my wall due to stud spacing, so they installed a similar mount which I am actually more happy with. 10/10 would recommend!

Delivery was to small town church, 26 miles from my home. Notification was received as promised, the day before delivery, and the time frame was met, which enabled me to be at the church to receive delivery. Installation was handled very smoothly. This was an excellent experience and contributes to my enthusiasm for making large purchses of electronic from Best Buy.

Fast, efficient and reliable. Very helpful in explaining how to best use the TV. Also guided on best position to hang the TV on the wall (it is 100 inches!). Very accommodating, as allowed me to quickly add Govee light strip at the back before they installed. Very happy with Geek Squad service!

The 2 Geek Squad guys who delivered my new TV were very good! They had to get creative to attach the new TV to my TV stand. They programmed everything and taught me how to use it. I wanted the PBS App which wasn't available on the LG TV. I watch it on my lap top and they showed me how to screen mirror so I could put it on the TV screen. Very happy about that!
