I paid $191.91 for installation and mounting, and I wish I could give this zero stars. This was a gift for my grandmother and the tv was not set up correctly by the best buy technician. When we complained about the picture, Best Buy told us that it would cost more money to send someone to help- even after we paid nearly $200 to have the tv installed correctly in the first place!! Terrible customer service. Best Buy also told us that we couldn’t return the tv, even though the return policy also clearly allowed a return until 1/15 with original packaging. Fortunately, we eventually figured out that the HDMI connection was done incorrectly and solved the problem on our own. Would recommend not paying for this service. If you want your tv installed correctly, just do it yourself.

Well, the TV , mount and sound bar was lost or misplaced. Called several times after I was told it would deliver between 10-2pm. Then started receiving messages that that I need to schedule a date to deliver. Spent way too much time on hold then was told the tv was not there? Finally received a call from Ben who stated it may take a few days to get back to me and told me it could not get delivered until after Thanksgiving as they had too many deliveries. I thought maybe we would be a priority as our delivery and install was botched? TV and parts were actually sitting to the side someplace.Husband finally went and picked up the order without installation. 0 stars
