Poor customer service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was totally disappointed in the delivery. They never showed and never notified us that they weren't coming. I couldnt get a hold of anyone at best buy. They dont have way to be reached in Augusta Maine. No one could figure out where it was for three day then the delivery guys showed unannounced three days later. Geek squaud couldnt help me locate it or cancel.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They installed the tv. I paid an extra $20 for them to set up lights in the back of the tv. They did a horrible job. The lights fell and I am having a very hard time reaching back there to set them up. Never again will I use them

Beware

Would not recommend. Was given a $200 gift card for the issues I dealt with and ended up picking up and installing the TV myself.

Bad installation service
