I would not recommend this service. The delivery folks only unboxed the TV, attached the legs, handed me the remote and left. They did not turn on the TV or connect the cable box or tidy up.

You guys suck l have been waitting for almost 2 months . You send someone to come out ,and they came out for a tv set up that by the way l set it up myself. This has been escalated 3 times with no help. I believe you should train your staff. No one returns call .so unprofessional. I will never purchase from best buy again.

the agents showed up with no tv to set up. I had to go up and get tv myself. it has been the biggest hassle to get them to deliver the tv. It took a month to finally get it and I had to go pick it up

Do not waste your money this is ridiculous I waited 10 days 3 cancellations from Best Buy and ended up hanging my tv myself in 3 mins what a joke

Delivered TV but never set-up TV. Delivery personnel rude. I paid for basic set-up but service was not provided.

My tv ending up having pribkems no sound and pucture was fkashing. I paid over 1,000 fir it not to work.

Having Geek Squad handle the unboxing and assembly of my large TV was one of the best decisions I made. The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and got right to work. They handled my TV with care — no rushing, no carelessness — and made sure everything was set up properly before they left. They even took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the placement. It's such a relief not having to wrestle with a big screen yourself and worry about damaging it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. If you're getting a large TV, do yourself a favor and add this service. Worth every penny for the peace of mind alone.

It’s the way to go. This service is priceless. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable, make sure streamed programs are interfaced and operational before they leave. They made all our wiring low profile so it wasn’t such an eye sore to view. They were very attentive to our needs and respectful of our home…not tracking in and cleaning up. Highly recommend!!

The setup was very professional. I didn’t need the tv hung on the wall, but I could see where I wouldn’t be able to set up especially with the sound bar. Not a waste of money. Glad I went with Best Buy

The staff who came from GEEK SQUAD/Best Buy was the best.. P and his associate unboxed TV neatly, put it together and fit it on the large stand. They demonstrated the features and taught us how to use the remote with the Zumo box. They were professional and helpful! Mahalo!

The set up was great! The technician was really nice and super helpful! I had requested setup via messaging when I bought it, but that information didn’t get communicated. Very annoying! I’ll take shots next time. Technician helped get the additional payment processed.
